So, apparently i'm absolutely blind, because i failed to notice his "double stick thingy" during the chorus.I honestly thought he was doing that with one stick 🤯 I looked up into the camera before the second chorus, so i missed it there as well :D What baffles me the most is, that i didn't even notice during the editing process. Look away for a second and you miss the show kind of thing 😅 Thanks for pointing it out! One more correction: 1:38 the golden drum is NOT a floor tom. Had to look at the bottom during a zoom out, but it is definitely a snare drum. Guess i'm just really old and cannot see shit anymore 🫡 Appreciate all the comments and views, thank you!
Don't feel bad about missing the double stick thing he does, EES is so smooth that it's easy to miss. Saw quite a few reactions of this video that miss it.
You missed that he used 2 drumsticks with one hand, in a section 2 times in the song, it happens so fast that he’s taking the other stick from his holster by his waist… You can see he has them in place at the beginning of the video and grabs one each time before he plays that fast right hand section that comes in the song, that’s why he’s holding further up the stick… 😃😃😂😂
Every person that reacts to this video looks away when that comes up and it honestly is pissing me off lol. Just watch what's going on and stop freaking out for content
Most reactors, including drummer reactors, don’t realize that he puts 2 drum sticks in his hand for the chorus. It’s how he plays the “swish cheese” high hat.
Using TWO sticks on the "Swiss cheese" cymbal. Does it twice. That's why he has the sticks in his pants because when he comes out of that effect on the "swiss cheese"cymbal, he just drops the second stick
It's the same thing when someone plays a game on stream/video recording and misses the obvious thing in front of them. It happens. I'm more focused on what is actually being played, not stick tricks. IDK what do you mean with the shirt.
Check something unusual 3 years ago, his drum cover of Lindsey Stirling Underground is the name. Then, you will see the potential and actually the start of his glory. This was coment from SS Samus and I believe from there he jump very fast to 1 milion subscribers. Today he reached almost 4 million. Obviously is not just good drummer....
You totally missed the two sticks, plus the stick hitting the snare. Rewatch man very carefully when it hit the chorus. Notice he started with three two extra sticks in his pants... Well there's none left by the end of the song. Figure out where
You need to checkout his four pedal video. And if you was really paying attention when your explaining how he is holding his stick you failed to notice he’s using two sticks in that one hand 😂😂😂
"A percussionist [will play his own azz cheek if it sounds good.]" Ah, so you've seen me at Starbucks with keys in my pocket. Introduce yourself next time! 😄👍
There is an app that can do that (though it doess affect the sound quality afterwards) called VENMO i believe, but he doesn't mention, if he removed them from this track.

You are free to assume whatever you want, but i wouldn't dare to call myself a drummer, if i couldn't play. Can play some riffs as well, but i'm definitely not a guitarist.
If you are a drummer, how the fook, did you miss to say ANYTHING about his juggle with the sticks and playing two sticks in one hand? TWICE in the video. And still, you edited the video.
I guess I just did miss that. I remember him pulling a stick out of his pants, but even for a drummer there is just way too much stuff happening at once, lol.

yes he missed that ESS used two sticks...

1:59 every drummer ever - when listening to El Estepario
It's not overplaying when it's a video featuring the drums and so damn tasty and creative.
That Floor tom is actually a snare with the wire disengaged, An aluminum snare 15" looks like .
I must say that the editing for this reaction is one of the best I've seen for a reaction channel. Respect for the amount of time spent on this!
Thank you! I try to make it a bit more interesting for the viewers and for myself as well :)
@@JohnG_YT You certainly did an amazing job.
This is by far the funniest reaction video to this EES clip😂
Glad you enjoyed 😁🤟
Did u not notice he's using 2 sticks in his right hand on the high hat. One on top and one hitting the bottom. Crazy
Yes! But it took me WAY TOO LONG, lol! (More in pinned comment)
Most reactors, including drummer reactors, don’t realize that he puts 2 drum sticks in his hand for the chorus. It’s how he plays the “swish cheese” high hat.
Mentioned that in my pinned comment. Crazy stuff on top of already crazy stuff, haha :)

Yeah! DUH yout missed the double stick thingy! 🤣 One begins to wonder if you're paying attention. The T-shirt isn't just BS maybe???

You crack me up with your analysis, you have mad skills in producing content, love your videos!
I appreciate that a lot! Thank you :)
5:52 lol you totally missed it… 2 sticks, up/down
Any drummer would easily see that he has 2 snare drums. No floor tom.
Okay, that would be the deepest sounding snare, like, ever 😅
Yup, one is a low tuned snare.
That was driving me mad for no reason what’s so ever…haha
09:11 I think you MISS that he use TWO sticks in these cheese effects cymbal...
The sticks he had in his pants..
1 each time..
😆
Man I'm glad that I caught what I could. Too much even for a drummer 😂
You need, NEED, to watch his Godzilla cover of Eminem. Such a masterpiece.
That's a Varus Cast Bell Bronze Snare on his right, sounds nice af!
U didn’t even notice he was playing with three sticks at once 2 different times
Damn the edits are hillarious haha, nice comedic effect. Love to see more reactions.
Thank you, glad you liked them 😁✌️
No Floor tom guy. El estepario is using 2 snares
I've seen the original, tons of reactions and you've made it so enjoyable to watch, thanks 🙏
Wow, thank you so much 🙏😁
That’s actually not a floor Tom, it’s a snare toned really really low
Cool Buzz

His cover of Lindsey Stirling Underground is awesome!
Sounds interesting! Will see if I can do a video for it!😅
You totally missed the two sticks, plus the stick hitting the snare. Rewatch man very carefully when it hit the chorus. Notice he started with three two extra sticks in his pants... Well there's none left by the end of the song. Figure out where
Thank you, i did just that (more about it in my pinned comment here) Guess i might need glasses soon, haha! :)
You need to checkout his four pedal video. And if you was really paying attention when your explaining how he is holding his stick you failed to notice he’s using two sticks in that one hand 😂😂😂
Sometimes i feel like not even The Matrix bullet-time slowdown would help my poor eyes, lol!
the floor tom is a snare.
Ya u missed whr he grabbed the stick from his pants and used them both to hit the cymbal then drop it when he’s done
My man is moving at the speed of light so that doesn't surprise me in the slightest :D
He was using a duelist pedal he explained it in the morning so that's the switches that he was hitting with his foot on the left and right side
Look at his right hand and how he holding stick
what if i told you... it's not a floor tom..
I just focused on it again (the bottom of it) and yeah, it's definitely not floor-tom tall. The surprises just never stop, lol.
"A percussionist [will play his own azz cheek if it sounds good.]"
Ah, so you've seen me at Starbucks with keys in my pocket. Introduce yourself next time! 😄👍
Hey hello, i'm John :D And yes to the above!
The gold drum is not a tom, it’s another snare that is tuned low
Great, knowledgeable, instructive reaction👌: I of course instantly subscribed!
Did he remove the original drums?
There is an app that can do that (though it doess affect the sound quality afterwards) called VENMO i believe, but he doesn't mention, if he removed them from this track.
Have you ever seen a Hammer Mill,
you googled gravity blast dude xD
There is not a floor Tom. That's 2 snare drums.
2 snare drums bro..
Yep, check pinned comment
I feel ya man😂😂 what the fuck even is that?!

He's turning the pedal on and off.
that's not a floor tom
After seeing you miss so many things, I question you calling yourself a drummer!
You are free to assume whatever you want, but i wouldn't dare to call myself a drummer, if i couldn't play. Can play some riffs as well, but i'm definitely not a guitarist.

Cool edit tho - but come on.
I guess I just did miss that. I remember him pulling a stick out of his pants, but even for a drummer there is just way too much stuff happening at once, lol.
I'm a drummer and I'll still be surprised by people catching things in reactions that I missed. There's a ton going on in these songs.
