I completely agree as well - it's very difficult to hold people accountable for their work, if they don't report to you - it's why I believe it's important to build relationships so you can tap into the "soft" skill side of things and hopefully, use persuasion and negotiation

I as experiencing challenges as l look to study for pm certifications including CAPM, Prince 2, and in my current career which l to feel l am not as challenging as it used to be it an everyday battle but l feel that l getting some focus and started going back to the gym , 😳be healthier , updating my vision board , also the business hustle plans l have with my wife to be in terms us having our our businesses develop passive income streams. But I find these PM diary blogs really helpful Alvin. 👍🏾

What type of project management dashboard reporting system do you recommend that can be easily implemented in organization that might not have a standard PM reporting template.
It'll depend on your organization's budget and what they're looking for. I've used in the past, very comprehensive Portfolio Management Software, that had built in reporting dashboards, such as Workfront and Clarizen. For much smaller companies, I've used simple tools like Excel or whichever PM Software my organization was using. I'll add this a video idea to my list for future videos to create
