1. Eat watermelon and musk melon
2. Exercise sheetali and (one mkre exercise the name of which I forgot)
3. Sit in Well ventilated room or near fan or window and wear white and light clothes which are airy
4. If little things are annoying you ignore them and cool down.. 🙏🏻✨

1.drinking 4 to 5 liters water makes body cool .. 2 avoiding heavy foods like non veg .3. avoid salt

My body is very heat type. Like eating papaya would gets pimples... natural heated body

one of the best ways to get rid of skin issues, I had severe acne and skin issues back in the day, but doing a liver cleanse really helps clean up the skin. So that would be a really practical holistic way to clean the pores and skin. Drink homemade green juices every day for a couple of weeks. throw celery, green apple, lemon, cucumber, ginger, dandelion greens and other bitter greens into a juicer, consume it every day and it will help. Thats what helped me. That and a raw vegan diet cleanse on fruits. Also keep in mind the food you are eating. Make sure whatever it is, has ample time to digest and eliminate from your body as to not overburden the organs. Specifically the liver. The skin is the outer reflection layer of the condition of the liver.
