SIR. The day of your exam is for calmly reading through your notes and eating snacks. The last day for this big panic energy was YESTERDAY.

Sorry if I might seem rude/skeptical by asking this but, how do I know if this channel is trustworthy? Of course I try to double check with my textbooks and until now they look consistent with what she says. But still the doubt remains in my head. Any help/information would be appreciated

That's actually a great question. You should definitely be skeptical of your sources!
I have a BS in biology and have been an in house tutor for anatomy and physiology at a college for 6 years. Before I make a video, I double check everything using a few different textbooks (mostly Marieb and Seeley's), even when it's something I've known for years. Even so, I still occasionally make small mistakes or misspeak. When that happens, I'll pin a correction in comments.
My primary intended audience is students in a general college level A&P course, so definitely take that into consideration as well. Also, sometimes sources do differ on details/depth of information, so it's definitely good you're making sure to double check your course materials to make sure everything is consistent.
Hope that helps ease your mind! If you have any other questions let me know.
