You are an absolutely phenomenal teacher + the set up + the sleek heading doodles + the immensely helpful diagrams!! Please, I beg you, please dont stop
i am now a freshman in medical technology, and now that we are starting with our histology course, your videos are such an incredible help! you’re the epitome of being an amazing teacher/educator! i only hope for the best to you and your channel, sir! all the love from a student in the philippines 📚🇵🇭
Yes, I do .... I have Pharmaceutical Anatomy (histology inclusive) exam next week Wednesday and I have 150 slides to identify Your explanation was really helpful... Thanks alots
I'll try to be useful for you! I've got the basic tissue types in queue, but are there any specifics you'd like to see? I got requests for digestion and respiratory histo
I'm currently having the muscloskeletal system so this video was helpful by itself. Thanks for making these videos 🌷🌷 Anatomy beginner videos were awesome!
Hooo lordy there is a lot to like here. In no particular order: - The color balance between the histology stains and your set is pixel perfect. Im having a great time with the complementary colors. -- Sweet mother methionine--you gotta love the outlines overlayed on your title text. Matches the connective tissue/ muscle tissue concept. So tight. - I really don't wanna know how long the heart tissue/ pericardium animations took. Really really strong work. Very excited for next week. Simple Squamous Squad here. -
Man, the heart connective tissue wasn't terrible, but the skeletal muscle / moving fascicle sequence took forever and gave me quite a masking / pre-comp challenge.
I hope you reach at least a million subscribers because you deserve it. These are top notch video editing skills & you are an amazing teacher. Thank you for the content you put out.
Thank you for the video! It was really useful as a brief overview. Reading textbooks can be so daunting when you have no idea about the topic lol. Btw, loved your animations, what program do you use to make /edit your videos? XD Thanks,
Thanks! I have a physiology and anatomy test next week, this is such a well-done recap video. Also saw the first new video of Season 2 of Seeker Human, amazing job as always! Can't wait for the next video in the series.
Why do I always get kinda sick when I see scientific depictions of body parts?? I have no problem with seeing it in the hospital, horror movies or stuff liek that. I don't get it!
Thanks for asking (and for your other comment)! The bottom row is all fiction while the top rows are all medical nonfiction books. Lots of Mary Roach. I recently did a 2020 reading check on Instagram (@patkellyteaches) if you want to see them
thank you for the simple explanation and for talking normally, So many other channels talk so fast that I have to watch 10 times to understand what they are going on about.
You got it! Beef has more myoglobin by a long shot. From UCSB: "The white meat of chicken has under 0.05% myolglobin; pork has 0.1-0.3% myoglobin; and beef has 1.5-2.0% myoglobin." Is it differences in myoglobin content that makes chicken and pork lighter than beef?
