  • A woman calls police saying that she has been held prisoner for five years by a man who offered to help her at a time when she was pregnant and panhandling.
Police first made contact with her in April of 2023. According to KPRC, police rescued the woman from the garage. According to officers, the approximately 30-year-old victim weighed about 70 pounds and looked extremely malnourished and filthy. She told them she had not showered in two months.
Inside the garage, investigators found a broken toilet, a dirty mattress covered in vomit, a box of chips, a few Twinkies, clothes, and diapers. The woman told police there was no shower in the garage, her captor would take her inside the home to bathe from time to time. Police took the woman to the hospital for treatment, but reports say the man showed up and took her back to his home.
The suspect has been identified as Lee Carter, a Houston rapper known as "The Viper." His 2008 song, “You’ll Cowards Don’t Even Smoke Crack,” garnered over 4 million views on UA-cam. Fox News reports a warrant was filed against Carter in April, but his arrest at a local motel did not happen until the last few days.
Carter, 52, has been charged with aggravated kidnapping. Officials have not given a reason for the nine-month gap between the April incident and the arrest. It is unknown what happened with the victim's pregnancy while she was held captive.

I have always felt that vans with blacked out windows, or homes with boarded up windows are a gigantic RED FLAG and it should be illegal.

If she was pregnant when he first captured her where is that baby???

  • @sharmainetheblackbarbie8126

I wonder how this poor lady survived the Texas ice and heat storms in a garage. These males are dangerous and unhinged 😢

  • @nancyh9125

I assume this baby died can you tell us more about the baby?

What’s more disturbing is the internet making fun of the situation and trivializing the torture of the victims. It’s scary how many people think this is funny. I didn’t laugh 1 bit hearing g the story. Also a lot of people blaming the victim for panhandling. My respect and heart goes out to homeless and vulnerable women. This is terrifying.

Its disgusting that this poor girl was held and abused for so long.... He got her from the hospital and brought her back.... Unbelievable that was allowed to happen .... Unreal

These MONSTERS need to be stopped, I just wish we all knew how to do this. Nancy, I don’t know how you listened to these stories first as a Lawyer and now on your channel. It’s beyond me that these poor people are beyond help until they are saved. They endure more than we could ever imagine. My heart is broken each and every time I hear these stories. 😢

$100,000 bail several conditions must be met for him to get out on bail like wearing an ankle moniter and not contacting the victim? Really? They will allow someone like this out on bail? Anyone else just dumbfounded about this?

  • @raemerritt

Our "justice" system is broken. The fact he could commit such a terrible crime and then bond out is sickening.

Poor woman...I HOPE they put this monster under the jail.

My heart goes out to the woman wherever she is. My thoughts to all the other kidnapping victims. I’m 36 but when I was 18 I was kidnapped by a pimp. I managed to get away after a week because he had me work out of a hotel room for the night because he got so many phone calls from posting my photos on an escort website. An undercover detective came to the hotel and asked if I wanted to set him up and we did. He pled guilty and got 8 years. I truly hope he’s changed because I would never want another woman to go through that. I’m lucky I got him to trust me enough to leave the hotel for a little bit. It’s not that easy to just get away. He had a pit bull that would go psycho if I inched towards the door. Plus after the first time of hitting me I didn’t want that to happen again. I definitely learned my lesson on trusting people I don’t know like that after that day.

Evil is alive and well on planet Earth, folks. Lord, help that woman through her healing process.

  • @Youtuber5775-

Neighbors didn’t hear her screaming for help? How could that happen for 5 years and nobody noticed anything being wrong? What about her baby? 😮😢

Nancy you are a special sort of gem 💎

I was locked in a farmhouse closet & basement while being abused, tortured, & forced a plethora of pills. I was brainwashed to believe, “Protection from the world.” 😡 A neighbor first assisted my escape, drove to the Orange County police station where 6-7 officers laughed in my face & said, “Go home little girl.” 😭 My final escape was to my local abuse center. They said, “You are our worst case ever.” Motive was power, control, jealousy, & a large life insurance policy. The only justice was being placed in the state victim protection program, civil suit, & lifetime IFP (restraining order) 🤯 My goal in life is to write a tell-all autobiography of surviving to thriving abuse on a scale only a few know by my monster mother. After all these years later & my self-successes; college, modeling/pageants, entrepreneur, etc. - I still feel shame, judgment, & no one fully understands what I went through. Thank you for sharing this story.❤️🙏💪

The hospital judged that girl an addict and related her malnutrition and lack of health to that slone . They don't look on addicts with compassion . That's why the man was able to leave with her , the hospital was glad to get rid of her .

As a medical professional, that has patients that go to Houston medical centers... I am curious to know what hospital this woman ended up going too?! I am shocked 😢
