Huge opening weekend!! With Blue Cow closed it pushed me to really appreciate the incredible early season cover at Sun Valley and Leichhardt. I also, like you snuck out wide off the quad into pretty valley. Love the videos mate, keep it up!
Nice video Pete, soo good is the cover of snow. You did all four resorts in one video, nice camera work. You did one jump, not even Charlottes pow day, and come apart at the seems, haha.
Gday mate! Depends on how long for, your skiing level and what you like! July is hard because snow is inconsistent. Thredbo tends to have steeper terrain and more challenging for beginners and intermediates. Consistently steeper than Perisher. Perisher is a really large resort (for Australia) and has a great range of terrain. Lots better for intermediates potentially. Much more commercial, so good options are pretty consistent with Vail resorts in the US, whereas Thredbo is better for that ski apris, mountain village feel.
Great job mate. Thanks for posting. I'm sitting here on the Gold Coast wishing I was down there.
This season is going to be amazing!
Magic. Absolutely magic.

Haha. Thanks Marcus!
2022 was awesome at perisher got 50 days on the snow going for 60 this year about 6 weeks to go
50 days is an awesome season! Totally agree, 2022 was awesome. Very busy but manageable during the week.
I’m from the us and will be going snowboarding in July in aus deciding if go to should Perisher or Thredbo or both lol?

Great video! I have also made a video of what it is like to road trip from Queensland with kids to see the snow
And we have summer and heat, and we won't be riding soon
