    食材 Ingredients:
    • 带皮板栗 500 克 | 500 grams of chestnuts (with shell)
    • 椰枣浆/枫糖浆 2 汤匙 | 2 tablespoons of date syrup or maple syrup
    • 松子 50 克 | 50 grams of pine nuts
    制作过程 Instructions:
    1. 锅中加水煮开,放入带皮板栗中火煮 20 分钟左右 | Fill a pot with water and bring to a boil. Add the chestnuts and cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes.
    2. 关火,捞出板栗 | Turn off the heat and remove the chestnuts.
    3. 对半切开板栗,用勺子挖出板栗果肉 | Cut the chestnuts in half and scoop out the flesh with a spoon.
    4. 取一个布袋,用擀面杖把板栗果肉压成泥,你也可以用其他的方式把栗子肉压碎 | Place the chestnut flesh in a cloth bag and roll it into a paste with a rolling pin. You can also use other methods to crush the chestnut flesh
    5. 把板栗泥过筛成细腻的粉状,加入椰枣浆或枫糖浆、松子拌匀 | Sieve the chestnut paste into a fine powder, then add date syrup or maple syrup and pine nuts and mix well.
    6. 用手捏成 30 克左右的团(大小根据模具来定,最好是迷你月饼模具),放入月饼模具,压出喜欢的造型 | Form about 30 grams of mixture into balls (size depends on the mold, mini mooncake molds are ideal) and press into your preferred shape using a mooncake mold.

      您好,尽量选比较脆口的坚果就行,比如夏威夷果,或者杏仁片等,根据自己喜好来添加。谢谢您
