I have been trying practicing the ingle gym footwork at my local boxing gym,Ill see if i can get the hang off it and prcatice it in sparring,Might work for me might not but no harm in trying.

Its a simple concept. Not rocket science!!! Hitting opponant when hes square, by side stepping 45 deg either side. At times stepping into their centre line n throwing an uppercut like charlo. Slicing the ring into 8ths. Meaningful swithching of stances, enabling to beat the opponant with your lead hand in any stance and keeping a high back hand to defend. Using your lead shoulder as a shield and only exposing your lead eye. Lead should should be pointed towards your opponants nose. Naz lost to barera cause barera was never caught square, infact he managed to catch naz square. Ingle fighters have a padded resume n all have fallen from grace at elite level. I feel its due to a lack of discipline n focus!!! The 25% plays a big part. Maybe above a million the percentage should be 10%. Kells resume was porter then the wheels fells off. He barely beat porter. Junior witter fell short against judah. Barring an old kelly, naz fought mainly mexican cab drivers. Got schooled against barera. I feel its not brendans fault its a lack of integrity within the fighters. Brendans a gem of a person. I feel the new batch will make brendan proud
The ingle fighters have always been front runners imo. Look fantastic when they are on top but fall apart when it comes back. Harsh assessment of naz tho, he beat a lot of world champs, unified a division and ruled for 5 years. That's no mean feat.
I'd like to know more about what one is meant to do on the famous Ingle Gym "lines". I guess it is a trade secret.
