That twitter video manufactured consent for twitter layoffs, which broke the levee of layoffs in different tech companies. Now this. TBH, accounting and consultancy companies are filled with bullshit jobs.
I applied when I was in my senior year of undergrad!! A lot of schools have consulting student orgs that help you learn. But there’s also a ton of free resources online!
I think it’s definitely possible! I think your experience is super technical and could be a major value add to teams! KPMG should have an internal careers site to help you look at available roles.
To have a good salary and good job does it really matter where we go for college and stuff? Some say it does but I want to hear from an awesome professional
Unfortunately it does a bit. It’s not totally necessary, but it does make things much more challenging if you don’t come from a good school (big state, private, well known liberal arts).
I'm currently a junior in HS, but planning on applying to big UCs, UT, NYU, Ivies, some of the bigger schools like Duke and NYU, Bloomington, and a few others. I think Bloomington's the one that has a higher acceptance rate than all the others but still tough. I have a 4.0 GPA UW but my ECs don't line up with finance or any such industry. Will hope to get into a top school for finance, but we'll see. My major may even change before I even apply:)@@Galbra1th
@@Galbra1thspeaking for myself here but not looking at excel or formatting powerpoints all day is a good start, but then again i'm still trying to figure out what it is that consultants do

"pray for my posture" I felt that one lol
That’s facts. The office gods blessed me with a Herman Miller at my new role haha

Would you recommend a career in management consulting? And do you have any advice?
(For a high school student)
@@albertomanzo5546 depends on the kind of managing consulting you wanna do. What field of work would you do it in? And what grade are you in.
You forgot to throw your coffee at the Kpmg logo

Love the manifestation!
Good job. My guy
Thank you!
We wear the exact same fit 🤣 gotta love the vineyard vines

ThankS in advance
Haha definitely have a lot of books! Can make a vid soon!
I am also in KPMG India but as a software developer. I wanted to transition career to consulting. Is it possible to do so internally?

When you do something, make it seem big. When you do nothing, make it seem secret
Sorry but In India KPMG is nightmare 💀💀🤣
Looks cool for a week. Then boring
Would be curious what you require for your week to warrant it not “being boring”?
There's no true fulfillment. People confuse a fun lifestyle with a fulfilling life. It just seems robotic to some people
