Haven’t tested on Diagla on scarlet but Baxcalibur is the definitive best solo mon for Palkia. Run adamant 4 hp 252 attack 252 special defense with loaded dice and Tera ice type. Literally just spam icicle spear till you Tera. His dragon typing resists thunder, hydro pump and fire blast. And because his ability thermal exchange boosts his attack if Palkia uses fire blast make him go down faster. After you Tera, Draco meteor does neutral damage. I honestly only lost a couple raids cause either I got unlucky with para hax, or the AI went with spamming only Draco meteor. I already maxed out on 999 dragon Tera shards. Any one else saying they have “the best build” isn’t as fast as baxcalibur. I’ve honestly beaten Palkia solo with still half the timer bar.

Flutter mane absolutely smashed Palkia. I used moonblast, fake tears, calm mind and draining kiss for hp- never died and it was dumb easy. Now to put my kid to bed and try to get in a Dialga raid. I have one from PLA but I’d love to have 2 and have one steel and one dragon Tera like I did with Palkia doing one dragon and one water Tera.

Arceus pixie plate and change tera to fairy . Acid spray and judgement is all you will need . Train for hp and sp atk its op
Thats definitely a solid strat. I just like giving lots of options because a lot of people don't have legendaries or transfer only mons. I ended up using Zacian and Azumarill to catch them both
