    You meant that the femur is gliding back in the hip socket when flexing? It would glide to posterior. I think you even showed it right bit said „forward“ Love your channel by the way

    I have that pinch, but also insane external rotation (easy 90 degrees), yet no internal rotation (10% max).

    this worked for me i had been walking everyday then eventually my hip area felt sore and then when i done this just there on my yoga mat it got rid of the pain thank you so much
