One thing I am grateful for is my mobility. Made a promise to myself as a young gymnast never to get stiff and stuck and ALWAYS be able to sprint up stairs and in general… I’m making sure I keep that promise 🤞🏾✨

@@dianapugh1534 you know arthritis can be cured if you stop consuming foods that cause inflammation? Try sticking to the perimeter of the grocery store and limit foods from the inside isles. Eat one ingredient foods and I can almost guarantee your joints will start feeling better. Hope that helps🫶🏾✨

I'm confused as to why your channel isn't blowing up! Such helpful content!

Yes, it is a great channel but there's just too much talking that's why people don't subscribe and turn away.
You should do more demonstrating instead of just too much talking

Because most of our society is collectively getting a shorter attention span from social media. They can’t go 10 minutes listening to someone without having some sort of distraction.
I think the comment above proves that.

thank you for sharing your knowledge. its so easy to release a random stretching routine on youtube and claim it solves a mobility problem. but your content addresses the root and 99% of mobility videos on youtube dont. yours and other PRI youtubers content is the only content that has given me lasting improvements in my mobility. for the first time in my life i actually feel comfortable in my own body. thank you for your hard work.

I've been following your videos for some months now after suffering multiple injuries from digging and overworking myself. Had severe restrictions in my hips, back, abductors, adductors, it band and tfl. All these exersizes helped alot to release the muscles but could never get it it smoth and completely pain free no matter how much i tried, still always had tightness in the end ranges. This past week I have focused on massaging these areas and made tremendous progress. Your content is super but just wish you would have mentioned this in some of your videos. A big thank you for your hard work 🙌

Its amazing how much specific direction you give on positioning v the entire body, focus and breath - something that can sometimes be missing in the PT’s office. Thank you.

Do you recommend doing these exercises in presence of 5 months ongoing labral tears which causes limp and with the need of using crutches? This is my case, both cam and pincer lesions have been removed in a previous "successful" hip arthroscopy, but about 5 months after that surgery I felt something tearing and ever since I'm this situation. Do you recommend me trying these exercises if my next MRI shows no significant damage? Thanks

Hi Conor, I present with a narrow ISA, swayback type posture, and am limited in both hip IR and ER bilaterally. Would your Beginner Body Restoration program or Anterior Pelvic Tilt program be a better option for me if I am looking to improve my movement?

Your content is great! Could you please make videos speaking a little slower and showing the information about the body also on the body of your partner? I don't have an educational background on health so it's a little too hard to get all the information. Thank you very much!
