Yes, it is a great channel but there's just too much talking that's why people don't subscribe and turn away. You should do more demonstrating instead of just too much talking
Because most of our society is collectively getting a shorter attention span from social media. They can’t go 10 minutes listening to someone without having some sort of distraction. I think the comment above proves that.
thank you for sharing your knowledge. its so easy to release a random stretching routine on youtube and claim it solves a mobility problem. but your content addresses the root and 99% of mobility videos on youtube dont. yours and other PRI youtubers content is the only content that has given me lasting improvements in my mobility. for the first time in my life i actually feel comfortable in my own body. thank you for your hard work.
I've been following your videos for some months now after suffering multiple injuries from digging and overworking myself. Had severe restrictions in my hips, back, abductors, adductors, it band and tfl. All these exersizes helped alot to release the muscles but could never get it it smoth and completely pain free no matter how much i tried, still always had tightness in the end ranges. This past week I have focused on massaging these areas and made tremendous progress. Your content is super but just wish you would have mentioned this in some of your videos. A big thank you for your hard work 🙌
Its amazing how much specific direction you give on positioning v the entire body, focus and breath - something that can sometimes be missing in the PT’s office. Thank you.
Thank you very much for this video Conor!!!!! it's ***** I am recovering from a neck of femur fracture without surgery and you video is enlightening and super helpful
Cornor please make a video on spine that faces to left side with flatback syndrome posterior pelvic tilt & letral pelvic tilt with someone degree of scoliosis with right hip hike up
I lay on my back…bring my knees up to 90 degrees in the air and my right hip starts to cramp up every time and becomes so tight. Why does this happen ?!!!
Do you recommend doing these exercises in presence of 5 months ongoing labral tears which causes limp and with the need of using crutches? This is my case, both cam and pincer lesions have been removed in a previous "successful" hip arthroscopy, but about 5 months after that surgery I felt something tearing and ever since I'm this situation. Do you recommend me trying these exercises if my next MRI shows no significant damage? Thanks
Hi Conor, I present with a narrow ISA, swayback type posture, and am limited in both hip IR and ER bilaterally. Would your Beginner Body Restoration program or Anterior Pelvic Tilt program be a better option for me if I am looking to improve my movement?
Your content is great! Could you please make videos speaking a little slower and showing the information about the body also on the body of your partner? I don't have an educational background on health so it's a little too hard to get all the information. Thank you very much!
hey connor, i havent seen anyone talk about the pain i get (FROM LEFT AIC I BELIEVE) in my upper, left RIGHT knee when i walk around. the pain is either in the normal spots (scaitica upper back knots etc) but sometimes its in this spot in my knee, cant seem to find any coverage on youtube. Thank you
Conor, I sent you a message via Instagram. I think my case is complicated and i would like to know if, to confirm my suspicion on my alignments, it is possible to do the remote appointment or if i should travel to one of the trainers. thank you so much!!!!
I dont usually have lower back pain. But when I lay on my back on the ground theres a lot of tension in this area. What does it mean and do you have a video talking about it.
Hey Conor, just started your beginner body restoration program. Quick question, when laying on left hip, doing the 90/90 with foam roller and pushing my right leg forward, my left hip hurts a lot, maybe my TFL any tips or advice for this?
I seriously should get in touch with someone. my constant struggle... I can assist pull my knee to ~110 degrees and keep a straight back - soon as it is a straight leg involved I become stiffer then a piece of wood :P
😭im manifesting quickly a Patient loving kind Connor like boyfriend or girlfriend where there's mutual attraction respect and admiration who is healthy happy generous that enjoys assisting me in the process of resolving my leg issues...so be it
Well ultimately the question is what's fair? How much is too much? How little is too little? There's a lot of slavery in this age. Should the top tenth of the top 1pct of the wealthiest have so much?

Does a SI Belt act in a similar way as the short hip opener activity show? Putting pressure around the hips just below the iliac crest?
Love from India ❤
