@@WildStoryBrothernope. my dog likes eating them on taco nights 🌮 😂 just don’t give too many as they are considered “human food”. Also, puppies shouldn’t have honey till they’re adults👍

Same! I have a question though.. what do you use for flea/tick treatment along with heartworm prevention? I don't trust lots of the big name brands, and want to try a more holistic approach. I'm starting research now.

I guess you have to way up your circumstances.
Iv never had to pick off a tic on my dog, I don’t take her near sheep fields.
I use a flee and tic spray just before a walk,keep my lawns short and she doesn’t really play with other dogs.I groom my own dog now so I do keep a check on things.I would only give her a flee tablet if she got an infestation.
I do still give her worming tablets, which is what Dr Andrew Jones advised me to do. X
My sister had a friend with a chihuahua when we were young. The dog became sick with some sort of digestive ailment. As a response, her mother decided that instead of making a trip to the vet, she would treat the dog with honey, water and other natural medicines. The dog died 3 weeks later. Take your dog to the vet people, that’s a true story.
My dog has been having kernel cough and vet in my area did not even know he injected him him with treatment for some condition affecting his red blood cells. @@SophiaTrevor yes it worked. It lasted about 4 days. I added zinc also. I was told before taking her to put her on zinc. Also I only gave it to her twice a day. Get some type of eye dropper. It was a little hard feeding it to her. She's a wild teenager. Good luck and by the way love your piano music.
A few grains of salt also helps cough in humans. May or maybe for digs, just sharing what i learned while im healing from bronchitis.

Dr Jones, can you help The Asher House Santuary in Oregon? Dogs are dying from some upper respiratory illness. It's urgent!! They have hit $50,000 in vet bills and he has close to 100 dogs I think.
Sound like every dog weather its coughing or not needs to be treated with antibiotics. the kennal needs to be quarantined. Every kennal needs to be bleached daily the yards need to be cleaned and a mop bucket of bleach water needs to be readily available. It will tale two weeks to month to clear the kennal cough from your facilities. You will still have sanitize everything. Workers will need clean scrubs daily.

I've found these to be wonderful tips, and remedies, but having to hold your dog down and force medicine into them creates a trauma that damages the trust between you dramatically.

The doggies shouldn't have to have a kennel cough vax just to be groomed! I actually found a groomer that doesn't require it.
Yeah they should because it’s highly contagious and dogs are in close proximity for periods of time while being groomed. It’s extremely selfish to put other animals at risk just because you don’t want to give your dog a vaccine. Or pay a higher amount and have a groomer do in home grooming.
