I generally don't like flip displays, but this camera is cool. How often is there a flea market in your city, and besides cameras, do you like to buy other things? Our market is only open on Sundays.
There are different types of flea markets. The most common is the rentable shelf type, that are usually open every day. I mostly go to those and I have some older thrifting videos of them. There are occasionally weekend flea markets too and sometimes yard sales but I'm bad at keeping track of them. Besides cameras I mostly look for CDs, DVDs, PC games, Thinkpads and cast iron pans (well maybe a bit odd compared to the rest!). I don't usually bother with other computers and electronics because I find plenty of those from dumpster diving.
@@mikaelrphoto It's nice to have a large collection of our favorite DVDs and CDs, now with the advent of artificial intelligence and the massive censorship they're doing these days, maybe a lot of music and movies will be changed. Only the media we own will be a memory of the original versions. A funny thing happened the last time I bought a CD, I bought a Tina Turner album, and when I played it all the songs were Sting songs :D . Some fake CD.
What kind of memory stick does the s50 use I just bought one and it doesn’t come with a memory stick. I’m new to cameras so I’m worried about buying a memory stick that won’t work with the camera
Max size it accepts is 128mb. Preferably the original, long, type of memorystick. Duo might also work, I have a 16mb duo card that works with an adapter.
@@mikaelrphoto I can’t use anything over 128mb? Can I not use the current 16gb memory stick? Sorry for the questions the memory stick I see for this camera are so expensive around 40-50 bucks I’m looking for an alternative but I’m worried the newer memory sticks won’t work.
I tried a 2gb memorystick duo, but it doesn't work. According to Sony's documentation the max size is 128mb, so unfortunately the newer cards are not compatible.
Hello! Might you know why the shutter button wont work? It was working a while ago then stopped when I was learning how to use the buttons so maybe I pressed something that made it lock or something
@mikaelrphoto thank you for replying i think it has something to do with the ae lock indicator? Because it doesn't appear when I try to take the photos earlier it appeared and I took a photo but it disappeared again and it won't work it's having mood swings I suppose 😭😭
@@mikaelrphoto Hello, I recently acquired an s70. Which card adapter did you use? Did you have any trouble with driver compatibility (windows 10 or 11?) ? Thanks in advance.
@@TheGlazedBacon Hello! I have not tried to plug it directly with USB (I don't have the right cable) so I don't know about the drivers. I use a memory card reader to transfer the files to the computer. The memory stick adapter I use in the camera is labeled as "msac-m2".
A perfect camera for taking a picture at 807 Oregon street Oshkosh Wisconsin in 2002

Which model do you think is better between s50 and s70?
The S70, it has a bigger sensor, f/2 lens and higher resolution.
@@mikaelrphoto thank you ❤️, i useing canon s70, but s50 look cool with flip displays 😂

Hello! I'm not sure but if it's in the image review mode it won't take pictures at least.

How were you able to upload the photos to the computer, Was it through the memory stick adapter?
I used a USB card reader, which can read multiple different types of cards.

I'm quite surprised the actual camera used was found, on the other hand I'm not surprised it's this model, it has the right vibe.
