Change the oil in that honer. Its full of living bacteria, like lubricating sewage. Clean, new fresh oil.
your mandrel adjusting sleeve appears to be 180 out.

I hear ya even Andrew’s and eastern’s quality is all starting to go bad
@hawgsupply never had anything bad Andrew in 30+|years eastern are total shit, I make all my own bushing races valve guides you name it
Why does everyone insist on clicking a torque wrench 2,3,or even 4 times I’m an old jet engin mechanic and f your cough doing that your in trouble
