I’m happy you expanded Fitness to Bodybuilding. I loved Bodybuilding and still do and while doing Bodybuilding, I did Insanity and it’s still the best when it comes to HIIT. I remember years ago reading that Kiri Te Kanawa would practice her upcoming performances in her mind as she was flying to her destination - which was often an International flight. She would completely visualize every note.
