Another protip i can give you that alot of master-challenger players use, is to have the setting environment graphing settings set to very low, and the rest of the settings set to high/medium. the reason for this is that is that you get a contrast of what's happening on the screen, you can see champions and abilities alot easier. instead of having to see alot of rocks, details on the ground thus making you see champions/abilities less clear.
TL;DW: -Turn on player movement prediction -Show all combat text -Attack move on cursor -Turn on your ranged indicators -Unlock your camera -Turn off summoner names -Turn on your chat timestamps -Play on bordeless mode

As troll as it sounds, a big difference between low elo and high elo is their ability to multitask. Its crazy that while some people put their face against the monitor and ignore everything that isnt League, there are alot of high elo players playing Tetris or OSU! While still playing league better than us

You Forgot the one of the most important setting. Disabling All-Chat. There is absolutely no reason to have it On it only distracts u and the enemy might be taunting only to get u angry or tilted. All-Chat is unnecessary for Climbing

You can have the indicator while keeping smart cast by binding it in hot keys, mine are at shift+ability it shows you the cast range but if you don't hold shift while casting it smart casts, it's really good if you wanna use an ability from max range.

There is absolutely no reason to keep your camera locked, it only hinders your gameplay and makes things harder to hit. quick idea id like to share and get your thoughts on: putting your map on the left side. The reason for this is the human brain has the thinking part of the brain (one of the cortex's lol) located on the left side of the brain. When humans think, they look up and to the left with their eyes, b/c they are accessing this brain part. Theoretically then, if you look left at the minimap, it should be easier to think and make decisions (faster too) because you are halfway doing the thinking part. Rush has his minimap on the left, IDK if it's for this reason but I changed my minimap and I can feel the difference in thinking and because looking right at the minimap is looking in the opposite way from the cortex that thinks (left side of the brain). Could be a total bogus idea haha, but just wanted to share to thoughts and opinions. Take this explanation with a grain of salt as well.
It's a matter of preference and experience. Dota 2, for example, has minimap on the left side because it was this way in WarCraft 3. Shooter games have it on the left because ammo is displayed on the right. But, objectively, if it was in the bottom left corner in LoL, it would make laning harder because minimap would cover half of the lane.

I'd also would take it as a given, but I recently found out a friend of mine is basically playing without FX sounds. That means he doesn't hear an incoming Morgana Q, Ezreal R, etc. He is hardstuck in Gold and prioritizes listening to music over ingame sounds. Could turning on the FX sounds for him, actually give him the edge to hit plat? What are your thoughts on sound settings overall?
He should try closing his eyes next and fully enjoy the music. Seriously though he's basically not even focusing on the game he shouldn't expect to do well
I’d also like to say that turning off the cast range indicator is really good with point and click champions i find it easier to target enemies without the range indicator on for Vayne’s E and Poppy’s E. I think it targets what’s closest to your cursor whereas WITH indicator you have to target them exactly which is a little delayed.. i might be talking rubbish but it helps me anyway.

Doesn't "Quick cast with indicator" option increase your cast time? without clicking that, you push the button and cast with clicking that you cast when you release it.
You'd prepare beforehand if you were using a skill shot, so technically, you cast it at the same time as if you just clicked it. If you are melee range, what's the point of not just clicking it?
You have the option to keep quick cast and also have options for range indicators. Just go into the segment right beneath and search for "Quick Cast + Indicators " and bind accordingly.
Which I really like to do is that having quick cast but if it is really needed to see how long ur skillshot will go i press shift (u have to go to settings to bind a key. For me it is shift) + the ability (for example Q) and it will indicate the range like it was normal cast.
It's what happens when you actually have decent internet. It's a tip that 99% of people won't even be able to use lol because most people don't have bad connection.
attack move on cursor sounds great when I first heard it and I immediately used it because I play adc main. Then I changed it back to a => attack move click, simple because when the game went to late game, kiting use only your mouse hand will stress and wear out the hand pretty fast.

I personally prefer locked camera during close up fights, so how I play it is unlock the camera and whenever I get into a closeup fight I press Y again to relock and center my screen as if I pressed spacebar. To me this feels like the best of both worlds.
Can you make a guide on how to counter/resist an enemy team playing 1 3 1 with baron/ a lead? Also how to play 1 3 1 properly, for eg. what champs go split, when is the 2 1 2 bait better?
Sometimes it's better to have SOME abilities not on quick cast, like Katarina's e,or zed's q. Mostly for mechanicaly hard champions, but it's a preference mostly. I've tried it and you can maximize your accuracy without the absurd delay you get when you have all your abilities on normal cast. Also champions that depend on their cc or ultimate (like Annie) should have ult on normal cast or quick cast with indicator,because it's very easy to miss your ult in the heat of a fight.

Add easy keybinds for leveling up each of your abilities. EXTREMELY useful, for example, when you are in an early laning 1v1 and you hit level 6 DURING the fight. You can just hit your level up 'R' keybind immediately and surprise your enemy! (I use A-S-D-F for my abilities because then I dont worry about resetting my natural hand position for typing, then I use Z-X-C-V for the corresponding lvl up keys)
I just use the left Alt key by the space bar and press the corresponding spell to level it. My thumb naturally rests in the perfect spot and I can level mid fight for the kill
I play league with my main abilities on 1 2 3 4 my ignite or other on 5, my flash is on spacebar, my camera lock on C, additional champ infos on X, items activaes on Q W E R i have interface competely off no sum names norhing besides mana costs, my damage, my heal, gold gain, xp so i know im in xp range thats it. low settings for most fluid gameplay and no distracting vvisual effects, interface on very very small i can still see if my ability icons are on cd or not besides my map is really huge and my cursor also very huge
Getting used to Quick Cast has made me a far better player than I would have been with it off. It's really wonky at first, but once you get the hang of it, it's addictive to use. It's faster to think "he's out of position, go" and cast Charm immediately on Ahri then it is to think "he's out of position, okay, aim the Charm, oh wait he moved, hmm, now it's not a good time," go back to farming "oh he's out of position again, okay, aim the Charm..." you get where I'm going. Also the more used to ability ranges you get, the faster Quick Cast becomes.
I turned on "Player Movement Prediction" and still play with fixed camera(95%) of the game. Currently D2 and like ProGuides a lot :) I´d like to see more videos about supports in the future.
Hi Proguide Guys, Could you make a video about the "Pick and Ban Phase" Strategies. It might be Champions specific but i dont understand why pros cant pick the same champs regarding the side of the map they play. We can see a pretty clear exemple of this in the last FNC vs G2 Series from the LEC Finals. Thank you for your contribution, Im understanding a lot more thank to your giudes.
ban phase is simple if a champion is absolutely broken and basically wins almost every time you play against them ban it if you know a player on the opposite team is a one trick (example being in the same champ select as tyler1 and he wants to play draven and someone dodges) then hes likely going to be on the opposite team next time a match is found if hes not on your team again and you just ban his one trick (in this case being draven) and hes likely to either troll dodge or just play worse if there's a match up you absolutely despise to play against in the role you play ban it if your entire team is intending on playing a full AD comp ban rammus if you can't reliably pick and play a magic damage threat who can deal with him or if you guys lack true damage if the enemy picks a mid lane assassin and you're jungle play a early ganker and camp him so he cant roam and snowball if your ally mid picks a assassin and you're playing jungle play a early ganker and camp him early so he can snowball and roam a snowballing assassin who knows how to actually play and use gold leads is far more scary than a draven with a kill lead unless his support specifically fucks the assassin in question and the draven knows how to do something other than play aggro which is unlikely in lower elo's unless hes a smurf/booster also lower elo players need to realize mid is by far the most important role in the game even more so than adcs because a good midlaner will snowball and end the game before adcs yi and nasus get to scale into late game
Doubt this will be seen, but how about a diving guide? Like when to know and understand its a good choice to dive under turrets for the kill and get out alive.
A small trick that ive found if u wanted to do the dodge movements u can lock ur camera or just hold space bar while moving right and left this will do it for u easier than with unlocked camera ;)
Turned on movement prediction and well, I wasn't in control of my character and was blinking around and almost impossible to move precisely. What a joke that one was. Unless it works on 1ms. Cool.
I have other reasons on using Movement Prediction and Turning Off Summoner Names. 1.) Turning on movement prediction and doing the side to side jitters is really fun. This makes me constantly do the side to side jitters, i found my actions per minute has went up, because moving my character became more fun. 2.) Turning of summoner names simply negates tilt for me. Have you ever versed someone called "Um0mg4yl0l" (Your mom gay lol) or just a racist name, replacing the g with a 6 or 4. Yeah, dying to someone called "yousukkuninstall" tilts you harder than dying to bots.
I play in Borderless mode for 7 Years xD I hate Full Screen Mode xD But what is annoying. If you Tab out for checking Discord or what else and go back in, then the Menu always opens. That's really annoying, and they added these years ago, and I can't understand why. It makes you take longer to come back ingame.

Movement Prediction is bugged atm... you wiggle a bit into the direction you clicked after you got stunned.. and after the stun you fet ported back to the stun location

Borderless mode may be quicker when switching between programs but it also introduces slight input lag and a slight reduction in FPS.

I'd also recommend the option to close the client during games to save on bandwidth and possibly prevent any client crash errors.
I like the unlocked camera but when in Teamfights I hold spacebar, it is so more better focused on what you do (and where your champion is).

I really try to use attack/move since your first video, i practice almost 6h in training mode and some normal draft but i can't, some tips ?
I personally prefer locked camera during close up fights, so how I play it is unlock the camera and whenever I get into a closeup fight I press Y again to relock and center my screen as if I pressed spacebar. To me this feels like the best of both worlds.
Can you make a guide on how to counter/resist an enemy team playing 1 3 1 with baron/ a lead? Also how to play 1 3 1 properly, for eg. what champs go split, when is the 2 1 2 bait better?
Sometimes it's better to have SOME abilities not on quick cast, like Katarina's e,or zed's q. Mostly for mechanicaly hard champions, but it's a preference mostly. I've tried it and you can maximize your accuracy without the absurd delay you get when you have all your abilities on normal cast.
Also champions that depend on their cc or ultimate (like Annie) should have ult on normal cast or quick cast with indicator,because it's very easy to miss your ult in the heat of a fight.
u dont have to go into a custom game to change ur ingame setting, if u press setting on the clinet it will show :ingame setting a bit further down.
isnt normal cast sufficient? it gives u the flexibility of more accurate aiming

The movement prediction one is complete bullshit. It offers no benefit to low ping environment. They have no idea how it works.
Add easy keybinds for leveling up each of your abilities. EXTREMELY useful, for example, when you are in an early laning 1v1 and you hit level 6 DURING the fight. You can just hit your level up 'R' keybind immediately and surprise your enemy!
(I use A-S-D-F for my abilities because then I dont worry about resetting my natural hand position for typing, then I use Z-X-C-V for the corresponding lvl up keys)
I just use the left Alt key by the space bar and press the corresponding spell to level it. My thumb naturally rests in the perfect spot and I can level mid fight for the kill

1 2 3 4 my ignite or other on 5, my flash is on spacebar, my camera lock on C, additional champ infos on X, items activaes on Q W E R
i have interface competely off no sum names norhing besides mana costs, my damage, my heal, gold gain, xp so i know im in xp range thats it.
low settings for most fluid gameplay and no distracting vvisual effects, interface on very very small i can still see if my ability icons are on cd or not besides my map is really huge and my cursor also very huge

Getting used to Quick Cast has made me a far better player than I would have been with it off. It's really wonky at first, but once you get the hang of it, it's addictive to use. It's faster to think "he's out of position, go" and cast Charm immediately on Ahri then it is to think "he's out of position, okay, aim the Charm, oh wait he moved, hmm, now it's not a good time," go back to farming "oh he's out of position again, okay, aim the Charm..." you get where I'm going. Also the more used to ability ranges you get, the faster Quick Cast becomes.
I turned on "Player Movement Prediction" and still play with fixed camera(95%) of the game.
Currently D2 and like ProGuides a lot :)

Could you make a video about the "Pick and Ban Phase" Strategies.
It might be Champions specific but i dont understand why pros cant pick the same champs regarding the side of the map they play.
We can see a pretty clear exemple of this in the last FNC vs G2 Series from the LEC Finals.

ban phase is simple if a champion is absolutely broken and basically wins almost every time you play against them ban it
if you know a player on the opposite team is a one trick (example being in the same champ select as tyler1 and he wants to play draven and someone dodges) then hes likely going to be on the opposite team next time a match is found if hes not on your team again and you just ban his one trick (in this case being draven) and hes likely to either troll dodge or just play worse
if there's a match up you absolutely despise to play against in the role you play ban it
if your entire team is intending on playing a full AD comp ban rammus if you can't reliably pick and play a magic damage threat who can deal with him or if you guys lack true damage
if the enemy picks a mid lane assassin and you're jungle play a early ganker and camp him so he cant roam and snowball
if your ally mid picks a assassin and you're playing jungle play a early ganker and camp him early so he can snowball and roam
a snowballing assassin who knows how to actually play and use gold leads is far more scary than a draven with a kill lead unless his support specifically fucks the assassin in question and the draven knows how to do something other than play aggro which is unlikely in lower elo's unless hes a smurf/booster
also lower elo players need to realize mid is by far the most important role in the game even more so than adcs because a good midlaner will snowball and end the game before adcs yi and nasus get to scale into late game

A small trick that ive found if u wanted to do the dodge movements u can lock ur camera or just hold space bar while moving right and left this will do it for u easier than with unlocked camera ;)

Turned on movement prediction and well, I wasn't in control of my character and was blinking around and almost impossible to move precisely. What a joke that one was. Unless it works on 1ms. Cool.
I have other reasons on using Movement Prediction and Turning Off Summoner Names.
1.) Turning on movement prediction and doing the side to side jitters is really fun. This makes me constantly do the side to side jitters, i found my actions per minute has went up, because moving my character became more fun.
2.) Turning of summoner names simply negates tilt for me. Have you ever versed someone called "Um0mg4yl0l" (Your mom gay lol) or just a racist name, replacing the g with a 6 or 4. Yeah, dying to someone called "yousukkuninstall" tilts you harder than dying to bots.

But what is annoying. If you Tab out for checking Discord or what else and go back in, then the Menu always opens.
That's really annoying, and they added these years ago, and I can't understand why. It makes you take longer to come back ingame.
For me, some abilities like Viktor's E or Rumble's ult are so difficult to aim with smart cast so i have them in quick cast

Theres more input lag on borderless and you might drop a couple of fps but the difference is usually not noticeable

Movement Prediction is bugged atm... you wiggle a bit into the direction you clicked after you got stunned.. and after the stun you fet ported back to the stun location
Best tip here has to be the quickcast and the attack cursor tip. These are really important if your an adc main.
i have already been using attack on cursor for few months now and its deffinetly alot better . I have even managed to kite few times :3
Boardeless mode tanks more ram, and can cause delays in the game
I always use them before I watch this video; expect for Range Indicators. Cause if I drop wards it can't drop easily. Cast Spell Quickly is the best 😊

One I specifically disagree. DO NOT turn on quick cast indicator especially if you’re the jungler. It makes your abilities, including smite come out slower
