In Chicago BPS and LK are considered first cousins. Black panthers were not part of the people alliance. Interestingly enough, J Edgar Hoover in the 60’s tried to cause a war between the Panthers and Stones in Chicago. Fred Hampton and Jeff Fort didn’t go for it. I never understood the reason why Dominicans dont like Blacks and this educated me too. We dont have as many Dominicans in Chicago as NY but I know Dominicans Blacker than Wesley Snipes that consider it an insult to call them Black. Peace to Pastor Benny. I saw you on a documentary about Rikers Island, I can't remember the name but I always remember you telling the story of how your mother's words of you making it back home echoed inside you during your time in solitary confinement and how it was one of the few things that kept you alive. It hit close to home because my mother as well has always been there for me when the rest of the world could have given 2 shits. Much love and respect to you two brothers.
