tahniah bang RM,saya join HM je untuk event ni,selalu boleh lari non stop sampai km15,tpi ni km 7 dah run walk. Frust gak tak dapat PB sbb route dia takde lah banyak incline. Mungkin sbb waktu kita lari and bahang atas jambatan buat performance drop

I'm sure you finished within COT, can't wait for part 2, watching this video like cliffhanger from movie, lol. Did you take any gels? Never see in the video, so wondering if bonk because of lack of carb intake. Your water intake seems to be on point so might not be that. Hours of rest before event, temperature, humidity all affects your running performance, alot you cannot control, so just do your best. Usually once very hot, i will take plain water from water station and pour on my back neck and head to cool down.
