Thank you for these tips! I’ve been able to create my own dashboard on Notion and am learning how to navigate around my dashboard to do what I need to do!
Thank you for watching! The steps should be the same except that you won't be able to click and some of the keyboard shortcuts might not work as smoothly. Our recommendation would be to use the macbook to set everything up and then use it on the ipad!
Thank you for watching! You will need to go to the blue "New Button" and click the arrow. Inside there you have to set the database template and then you should set is as "default". All new pages in the database will be with that template! Hope this helps!
Thank you for watching our video! For this simpler personal dashboard we separated the to-do list from your main event calendar! However, you can also see all of your to-do list as a calendar by adding a new view with a calendar layout. Simply click "+" in the to-do list database view, to add a new tab and show the to-do in calendar view layout! Hope this is useful, feel free to reach out to us at organizednotebook.info@gmail.com for further questions!

Are the steps the same on a MacBook and an iPad?
I have both but prefer to work on my iPad for convenience ☺️

@@theorganizednotebook Thanks so much, that’s a great idea 👍🏻
How do I add a template to the new page? It just add it to my workspace on the side bar and not in the new page I’m adding?

When I try to add another page and add a template it add it to my side bar instead of in the page I created

The "navigatiion" board is unnecesary. You can use the "view full screen" button on each view.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts! We like to see all of our databases in one view, but if the view full screen works for you that is great!
