losing david was a whole “L”. i saw them live promoting this album and ohmygod. this mans vocals are special. he’s one of the best unclean vocalists out there and he sounds even better live. he was the hilight of the whole show. i couldn’t speak for 2 days cuz he had us so hyped
This is actually my favorite song of all time. Not just CTE, like literally number one out of everything I’ve listened to in my life. This song just has not left my regular rotation since the day it came out in 2014, and I have a pretty short shelf life with most songs. Even really good ones. Bloodline defies my typical listening habits though, it’s really that good imo.
Don't know if you've heard of Atlas//Below, and if you have, you may know that they dropped a new single called Skull Island 01/01/22. You should definitely check it out. They have a nice blegh at the beginning. The whole songs good too

You really need to check out the re-release of Limitless and The Fallout (all the songs are redone, the ones from limitless now include Dave instead of Andy on screams and cleans) There are so many heavy songs on that album/re-release, much more so than this. also much more melodic, classic metalcore feel.

It’s really sad because when I saw them with asking Alexandria they were incredible but a few years later I saw them with om&m and they were awful like really bad but amazing band though 🖤
David parting ways with CTE sucked. In my opinion none of their music since has compared to their music when he was still a part of the band. The new music is still really good and enjoyable. But it just isn't on the same level anymore for me sadly
