I bought and End of Bolt Mystery Box about a month ago and it has some of the same prints. I was thrilled to get polka dots because it's not something I have in my stash. I measured it out and had about 23 yards. Most of the fabrics were around 28 inches long which was great. I think it' s a very good purchase for the price. Not sure what I'll make yet but I like making scrappy quilts so I'm sure it will get used. Thanks for sharing.
One would think that with a company like Missouri Star there would be at least a few WOW fabrics in their "end of bolt" grab bags. While everything you received could be eventually incorporated into quilt projects, I would honestly be disappointed with that box. I bought an end of bolt box from Fabric Cafe (they differentiate their lots by lengths, so you have some idea of how much of each you'll get) and I was thrilled with every piece in that box. For me, the difference is there was not one fabric (other than the white on whites) in your box that I would have chosen on my own, but with my Fabric Cafe box, there was only one that I would not have chose (because of subject), but I still was happy to receive.
Same here. I am glad I never had the idea or urge to buy such a box. The only fabric I really liked from her box was the Red with Orange rings - Batik? Otherwise no, definitely disappointing. Not even the Polka dots could help feeling that way.
Yeah, unfortunately that’s a decision you have to make before ordering a mystery end of bolt box, specifically, “what if I order it and don’t like any of the fabric??” I will say that MSQC makes it quite clear that the fabrics they send are their choices, not the person doing the ordering, so there’s no deceit or bait and switch on their part…I’ve ordered 3 mystery boxes (caught them all on sale for $99) and while some pieces are not my taste, overall I’ve been very happy with what I received.
Same here. I bought a box in May, I wasn't as lucky as this box. But I still see they are still shipping polka dots and butterfly fabrics 😂... Green Fairy and Bella Rose has pretty great boxes. Haven't heard of the company you mentioned. Will definitely look into that!
The fun thing about the ones that you don’t like and probably will never use, is that those are the ones you use to work out a new block. And you won’t feel the pain of using it for a test.
I’ve ordered these boxes and love them! I’m a scrap quilter and have used most of what I received. I had a wide variety of fabric! I’ll definitely order another one or two.

I wouldn’t invest in a box from anywhere unless I liked their aesthetic. I did enjoy watching you open your box. And a couple of the Pura Vida batiks I have used in a quilt.
I really like the box you rcvd!!! Why not go out in a limb once in a while 😝 I think I counted 35 pcs; to me that doesn’t like a bad deal🤑. Maybe next time you could show us the salvage for maker/name… Thank you ❤️😀
120 dollars for 20 yards thats not a deal its like a little over 5dollars a yard i found fabric at hobby lobby for 74 cents a yard and its not scraps. Wow you got ripped off .

The polka dots would make good quilt bindings.

Sounds expensive.,doesnt look like much . You couldnt make a garment of it
