Thank you so much for appreciation cream needs to be from the fridge & water needs to be really cold to 👍 make sure when butter done you drain all butter milk from the butter then you can use this butter more then week in the fridge then you can enjoy 😊
Hello hope you ok same way as cream only you need to use cold curd in jug and leave on for 3 to 5 minutes then white butter start to comes up then u can take out and squeezed properly then u can keep butter in fridge for week 👍
STOP. if you are using Elmlea Double 'cream' , which is what that looks like, that is not real cream!!, look carefully at the labeling. 'Elmlea Double', IS NOT real cream, it is a cream substitute!!!!
What could the reasons be if the mixture is not separating? I have blended for a long time but the butter is not separating.
