Fly Fishing for Browns and Rainbows - Come on a Drift Trip from Craig, MT on the Missouri River!

Great dry fly day! One of our better days fly fishing in of our Hyde Drift Boat on the Missouri River from Craig to Mid Canon take out this season. I lost a number of trout today - fishing with 5X tippet and putting too much pressure on them will do that. The one I lost in the big eddy was huge and I was really bummed that one got off - went under the boat. #flyfishing #troutbum #flyfisherman
There was very little wind this morning which was so nice. The wind always picks up early afternoon so we try and get out early. Also as the summer warms up it is really stressful on the fish with higher water temps. No hoot owl hours yet.
