the no-orbs or low-orbs final boss could be buffed, however past the 5th collected orb (not even gonna mention 13+ orbs) it gets pretttttty damn hard unless you have the right wands or perks (which you don't always have, specially not on the first 3-4 attempts to defeat it because there's no way of knowing what'll be effective against it)

I think the final boss should make way for another boss. The salt is merely a catalyst of change.... What lay beyond the doors of the beyond. This game is all about odd alchemical references of magicians.. There is many secrets involving otherworld travel often hinted in such texts involving Red and Blue, and the "otherside" or over the fence so to speak.
God damn Pepsi logos flipping upside down, what was so bad about having a blue sky over a red beach, huh? Anyway, the final boss (current) should be a trial before fighting the Phoenix, Serpent, or Lion if you're able to obtain the Sulfur (from the Dragon) and the Mercury (from new boss in the magic temple or guarding the snowy depths shaft) before completing the work. Admittedly this might be less lore friendly, as the Sulfur and Mercury are likely the components already in the uncompleted work.
after watching that video about the hidden glyphs lore, makes me think that as the with is supposedly the magic god incorporated, he should go after the other two gods after defeating the end boss or something, that would be fun
When that screen shake happened near the skull I was expecting a giant's feet to appear near you or a giant skeleton to stand up from the desert. Definitely not a little spider fall down from the sky. But I've never played this game so maybe the shake is just confirmation that you did something.
Noita is seriously one of the best games I've ever played. Such an amazing roguelike with so much amazing content. The sense of wanderlust I get from playing the game is an awesome feeling. I really hope the devs keep supporting it and adding more and more content. The amount of secrets the game holds is exhilerating - it's always rewarding (and sometimes punishing) you for exploring and I love it so, so much!

no. no. no. you would only get yote if yeet was a strong verb which it is clearly not. Yeeted or yeat would be the only possible outcomes of which yeeted makes the most sense following similar words "the bird tweets a beautiful song" "the bird had tweeted a beautiful song"
Well it is a giant arthropod, so it makes sense that you can attack its weak point for massive damage. And the reason there's only one is because the rest were driven extinct.
A living example? It spawns in the pyramid now. It's impossible to summon it from the skull anymore...unless you were joking or something and meant it'd be cool to see one IRL, lol :P
You mean in my “how to beat (this boss) easily” series? Soon. I already have all of them recorded, but have been extremely busy dealing with a loved one with cancer lately.

the minibosses should have like 1 unique spell component each that drops with their wands. That might be a good reason to take these things on in a normal run.
Yep. Cast delay wasn't great but the recharge was easily manageable. Throw on some chainsaws and some multicast or split shots to wrap around and you have yourself a wand that's incredibly OP. And with 20 slots you can throw whatever you want on there.
The dragon fight footage was from the first week the game was out. I've been holding onto that to make this video since then. I also didn't really care about picking up the wand because I wasn't doing a run. I played up to that point, recorded my first reaction to the dragon and then killed myself right afterwards.
Is there anyway to get back from the underground levels to the surface? Im mostly just go straight down in a run because i dont know where else to go, seeing the giant world map is actually really suprising and makes me love the game even more
Yes, you can use Black Holes, Matter Eater or Luminous Drill to mine through literally any material, even the Extremely Dense Rock and Brickwork. So, using any of those, you can go anywhere. Also, on the left side of the Temple of the Art (the final area before the end) there is a passage that branches off to the left that goes up to a portal that takes you to "The Tower" - which is an area in which you have to climb up mini versions of every biome until you get to the top where there are 3 super-powerful wands and a portal that takes you to the mountain on the surface. This game has a lot to it. I've covered some of it in the different videos I've uploaded, but there's a lot more that I'll be covering over time.
