I use ASMR to sleep. This was great. Since the point for me is to sleep, I don’t watch I only listen. I personally like to hear a voice. I enjoyed this but I like a little more talking. Not looking for a comedy show when I’m trying to sleep so what you did was perfect. More soothing sounds and affirmations. I would like something at least 1hr long since I struggle to stay asleep. More of what you did here for that long and I’ll watch nearly every night. Great job.
