I’ve been using massage guns for years & find them helpful for dealing with tendonitis, tight muscles, & also is great to use after a workout. Taking the time to learn how to use them can also be very helpful. Great video!

My wife laughs every time I ask to use her Hitachi wand for my back and forearms. “Omg it’s not for that!!! lol”, she screams at me. Ughh, honey, yes it is lol

Oh my goodness, so thankful you made this video. I just bought the white one . Just diagnosed with a L4-L5 to S1 slipped disc from gardening ( old nursing injury ) which has caused a bulge that is pressing on my nerves down my hip and L sciatic to my foot. So so very painful, leg and foot are getting weak . Waiting to see a pain specialist. So, I am using this message bulb to try and relax the muscles around the hip and nerve to try to decrease the pain. I so appreciate your videos. Thank you. Patty from the Pacific NW

If they are getting weak you should see someone immediately. If that goes on for too long the nerve damage could be permanent

My Bob & Brad C2 Mini Massager died after 3 months. It won't restart. All 4 battery LEDs are lit. I can hold the on button for 20 seconds and still nothing. I really loved it! Hopefully customer support gets me an RMA and replacement but for now, I need to get some other models to try.

Hey Bob - Hey Brad! Recently discovered your channel and absolutely love your content, super informative and helpful.
I know you guys probably won't read this but a wbile ago i injured my knee very badly, i had multiple 'partial' tears on my acl and pcl. I was recommended surgery by some doctors and some recommended prp therapy and extensive immobilization. I'm now 3 weeks post prp, with my knee fully immobilized and now ive been recommended to do minor excercise and movements. Although im not fully convinced it's healed enough for me to start movements, generally how long do partial tears take to heal with prp?
It's been a very long and painful experience, would love to hear from you guys, if you have any advice or any suggestions about what and how i should recover from this. Thanks!

A key piece of information is when you use 3 speed rather than 5 speed. On the mini massager it talks about 3 speed for warmup and 5 speed for breaking down knots

There are tons of nerves and blood vessels sticking out of the neck between the vertebrae. Even massage of the neck with your hand is dangerous unless you know the anatomy. (Except for the back of the neck). If you are going to use it, definitely don't use it on the sides or front of the neck. That's where most of the delicate stuff sticks out.

I have had to stop using my massage unit (not the exact one that Brad is using) because it gave me horribly loud tinnitus for at least a couple of days after it had been used. I always seem to have some degree of tinnitus but after using the massager, even lower down on my back and hips, it became a good bit louder and more noticeable. I thought I would just have to deal with that issue but the final straw came when I woke up two days in a row with the room spinning and it felt like my eyeballs were also! I had to stagger to the bathroom and be sick. The vibration had apparently affected my inner ear very badly and brought on a bout of vertigo.

Potassium - bananas, avocados, dried apricots, potatoes
Take a quality magnesium supplement. There are also creams or foam magnesium to rub over spasming muscles. Heat pac or running warm/hot water in shower over area or soak in tub.
Gee, ask me how I know all this!😄
