Modern Forms Fan: Vox (38”)

This is a $450 ceiling fan with dimmer. I’ve had it since May 2021. I’m sincerely disappointed with multiple basic functions of it.m. I have a 3 year long email with customer service due to the following ongoing problems:
• Wall switch broken under a year with normal use
• The replacement wall switch doesn’t work except to turn power off/on. The light and fan don’t respond despite repeated resets
• It gets stuck and you actually need to push the blades to get it moving again
• Alexa/Echo doesn’t understand basic commands despite integrating it according to instructions.
• Fan blades suddenly switch direction on their own
• App doesn’t respond to commands
• App can’t find/integrate with remote
