I got this monitor in April. I was very happy with the overal use etc. But yesterday i wanted to move it closer to me and something broke inside and i got a black screen. I called lg support and explained it and got an answer that shocked me. Its not covered by the warranty, and fixing the problem might cost more than buying a new one. I'm happy this happend because we were thinking on getting these monitors for our entire team @ the office. Dodged a bullet there :-).
Ummmmm. So you broke it and blaming who exactly? Sounds like you got a cheap monitor bracket and or tried to manipulate it with the monitor instead of adjusting the tension properly... Cool story.
@@ibsn87You know that this stand comes with monitor, what's wrong with you? He clearly said that something just wasn't build well enough to pass the most tipical task. You can see how he moves it in video and its not inappropriate. It's understandable that brand is not responsible for mechanical injuries but this time it was caused by poor build quality.
This would be perfect for a 3/4 split for the things I like to keep kicked off to the sidelines for work for Slack, email, daily schedule, and video conferencing windows. The things I use often while designing is my main focus on my main monitor.

I prefer to have 2 ultrawide screens stacked vertically to avoid moving my head from left to right.😂
