@MartLouisGaming I will say this: the best groove to use Dhalsim is the A groove. I did that and when I activated the A Groove full bar, I used Dhalsim's low kick continuously and was able to do over a 30 hit combo. That boosted my GP score significantly but I didn't make it toba super boss because I only got over 1400 GP so I got to and defeated regular Rugal
