Biggest take away from this video and what stands you in a good position is “Always do the right thing” Cars have many parts and things do go wrong but standing by your customers will mean you are still doing well in 10 years time. You both come across as good guys.
Im thinking about flipping cars from home then gradually getting bigger like youv2 great guys. I have a lump sum to invest but i cannot find any cheap cars anywhere. FB marketplace is full of scams and private sales and auctions are too expensive ,how do i get a main dealer to sell me their older high milers part exs. I visited a few main dealers in my area but no joy sny advice eould be great. New subscriber by the way and great videos
I don’t know what it is. But selling old metal. Titillating. Buying right. Titillating. Meeting nice buyers. Is very therapeutic. It’s a good old job !!! I like 3 holidays a year. I’d rather 4. I actually get 2. Jealous getting away more. 25 hours a week buying. 5 hours customer facing. Endless on the road. And about 10-20 hours valeting if not got a valeter. Hours just disappear

Keep chipping away at the dealers, maybe try some local independents too as they might trade you some cars. It’s all about building relationships👍
