Those are so nice I want to make some now I just recently started a few weeks ago made several rings but just wrapping not with extra Tony beads those are so cute 🌸
I TAKE 2 PIECES OF WIRE & I USE A VISE 2 TWIST THEM 2 MAKE THE BAND IT'S TWISTED LOOKING THEN PLACE THE BEADS ON THE WIRE & THEN WRAP THE SIDES & I USE 20 GAUGE WIRE ANTI-TARNISH.I'VE SEEN SOME PEOPLE ON ETSY USING 18 GAUGE WIRE TO ME ITS WAY TOO BIG & KINDA HARD 2 WORK WITH.
I have two questions, First, I noticed that you had the "stone/bead" already set in a setting what kind of setting is it and where can I get it from ?. Second and perhaps more importantly, what is the "Frustration level" to get the darn thing to behave as it did in the video .
Great tutorial! I live in the US but would like to buy something from your bead shop. How much are your slider beads in US dollars? Thank you. I'm happy to have found your you tube channel. 💜
Try Jewellery Maker they sell really good genuine gemstones and wire and are really well priced. They also have a money back guarantee. I am not affiliated in any way but I am a jeweller and I just looked at this because of the sliding bead and thought she sounded Aberdonian. Hope this helps if you see it...the parent company is Gemporia aka the Genuine Gemstone Company and I believe they do an auction type broadcast in the US too.
On your list #3 says you need 200 pcs of 3mm silver plated 3 mm beads. Noticed you used 12 beads total. What guage of wire are you using? You said the sliding beads are available from your shop. How much do they cost American with shipping and do the come in 5 colors in a package? The ring is quite lovely and your tutorial is very well done.
Agreed and didn't take the time to answer any queries. I hope my answers help anyone interested. Also, while she did state that you should snip on the side away from the skin, she left such a big bit of wire that once squeezed supposedly into place with the pliers, she had actually pushed the end to exactly where you are avoiding. I could go on all night!
Beverlee Jones for a start, and I don't want to get into this particularly, she should have pointed out how important it is to keep straightening the wire either with plastic covered pliers or a simple piece of cloth. It makes a huge difference to the end result. If you want quick rings there's plenty of sites do better. Try Lan Ahn handmade or multiple other sites.
