My wife's pregnancy, delivery and the subsequent after-care, including vaccinations, check-ups, etc., came to around USD 400, max.). We could afford to do so. We have property and cash, transportation, investments, a business and, ultimately, no budget, since we spend what we need to in order to keep the family on track. Having travelled around the world, I was quite happy to settle down. I can in no way knock this country.

Great video Paul, Goldfinger and the 3rd man. I enjoy good, positive, humorous videos like this and I really love the passion Goldfinger has for the people there. I'm having so many health issues now I've taken my house off the market and delayed my move to the Philippines. I've seen more doctors and been in more hospitals and emergency rooms the last 6 months than I had in over 20 years. My Filipina is being very understanding, very patient and very loving. I am SO anxious to get there, but can't right now. I'm helping Goldfinger as much as I can but even that is on hold now due to crazy expensive hospital and doctor bills, and annual property taxes I have in 2 states and 4 counties in those states. I'm still planning to go there, just need to get better first. God bless you all.

Hi Paul. Great video with Goldfinger and Darryl. In the spirit of Thanksgiving, it’s always a pleasure to hear you have a sit down with Goldfinger. He has such a pleasant demeanor. I hope Darryl the best with the new girlfriend. My two cents advice to him is you don’t want a cavewoman. There’s nothing wrong with a work home balance. In many instances, it will benefit the relationship since you aren’t literally side by side all day. And please, don’t give a ring to keep the peace to alleviate a fear. That’s done for all the wrong reasons.
If y'all decide to do a livestream 24 hour marathon just get Goldfinger to host it because he will NEVER run out of stuff to say. Make that a 48 hour marathon.

Hey guys don't quote me on this but I think there are some companies in the Philippines that build prefab homes for the United States. If you could get a hold of one of them built to US standards and just sit it on a piece of property you'd have it good. If you decide to move somewhere else just buy or lease another piece of property, more than likely the prefab can be taken down and moved to that property.
@@paulinthephilippinesolddog9234 I used to be a member, but I quit, also with another vlogger, because UA-cam kept charging my card $2.15 each time I pay 0.99 cents, when I asked what is the 2.15 for, they said it is a processing fee and should dropped off my credit card but it does not, I have to call UA-cam each time to credit my card back and this process is not easy, because most of the time I have to dispute the amount for my credit card to work on the credit or refund. I noticed that the helmets in the philippines aren't exactly DOT approved. They are light plastic with minimal foam inside. They are basically bicycle helmets with face shields but I guess it's better than nothing as far as your head sliding across the concrete.
Hi Paul, why succinctly talk to the visa issuing folks at the U.S. Embassy. Most wives of expats., don’t want to live in the U.S., but certainly would like to visit. Why such a difficult time in getting a tourist visa, when married to a Filipina, and residing in the Philippines ? Not talking about girlfriends, but a serious husband and wife relationship.
Lol she knows now gold finger. All she has to do is see this video. Watch out for that pillow. Lmao.😅😅. A lot of unrest here in the u.s. these days really sad.
Hi Paul. What kind of remote jobs can American men get when wanting to move to the Philippines but have decades to wait before collecting a pension or Social Security? Can Americans legally work once living in the PH? Thank you sir. 👌🏻

Happy Thankgiving Paul
Hi @robpeacock2929 Thanks, friend!
Love to hear about from with Gold finger
Hi @underdogrescueofflorida2313 Thanks for watching! We've had our share of gold-plated experiences here, haha!
The term that comes to my mind is "nesting", that's what most women do... Its in their DNA. As for a "nest egg" for your pinya, the house in area she grew up in works the best.
Hi @buckeyeadventures1631 Thanks for sharing! We like the idea of "nesting" and will consider it for our future plans.
Gold finger is a rock star . He has lots of chrisma .
Hi @kennethclaar922 I agree, he's definitely got charisma!
You 3 Village Idiots make the best videos 😂
Hi @kenbeck6779 Thanks for your support!
GREAT VIDEO PAUL. Goldfinger is a interesting old fart. i think that a open ended live stream would be a hit. Paul why dont you do that some day? As far a smoking is concerned i know that you are dying for a cigarette when youve been live for a hour so why dont you just quietly step away for 5 minutes and just slip back into the stream. i know about the cigs as i smoked for 30 years. so just do what you gotta do. no explanation needed. and you will be in a good mood all the way thru it.
Hi @bayoumanbryan Thanks, I'll consider an open-ended live stream! And yeah, sometimes I need a quick break from smoking to stay focused.
I remember in my Province. Nueva Ecija.a Mans 50 year old above ,early in the morning about 5 am get together and tackling in the front of fire 🔥 of leaves tree while drinking coffee..i enjoyed to watch your video bro .God bless
Hi @nikkanechannel.383 That sounds like a peaceful morning routine! Thanks for sharing, bro!
The name "Gold Finger" is some James Bond stuff😆

Goldfinger
No 1st or last name
Just 1 and I was named b4 the James bond series . So no

@@-goldfinger2695 That's why it's such a cool name. It's got that secret agent vibe to it

I noticed that the helmets in the philippines aren't exactly DOT approved. They are light plastic with minimal foam inside. They are basically bicycle helmets with face shields but I guess it's better than nothing as far as your head sliding across the concrete.
I get and supply what is available..
Better than nothing at all
Hi @gailmaplesden7380 You're right, our helmets here don't meet international safety standards. Better protection would be ideal!
Paul you seem to sweat more than most in the PI. How are you dealing with the humidity? I hate it!
Hi @VaporEG Thanks for watching, mate! Yeah, it can be a challenge, but we've learned to adjust and enjoy the tropical life!
Tagaytay is a tourist area that's why it's prices are way higher.
Hi @yowfolds5535 That's true, Tagaytay is a popular tourist spot!
Like in China. The transportation needs are so great along with a person's wages make it difficult to enforce certain laws
Hi @kingdavid1614 Great point, another country's experience can be similar! We've noticed that too.
Hi @Marvin-zn3hw Thanks for watching! We've had similar experiences with embassy visa issues. Let's just say it's a process we've learned to navigate.
Lol she knows now gold finger. All she has to do is see this video. Watch out for that pillow. Lmao.😅😅. A lot of unrest here in the u.s. these days really sad.
Hi @georgebridge8867 Thanks for watching! We'll keep sharing our experiences here in Dumaguete.
Hi Paul. What kind of remote jobs can American men get when wanting to move to the Philippines but have decades to wait before collecting a pension or Social Security? Can Americans legally work once living in the PH? Thank you sir. 👌🏻
Few and far between.. best get established online US Co. You don't want to work for pesos.
Work at home..check for online jobs.
There are several remote job options available for Americans in the Philippines. Some popular ones include online teaching, freelance writing, virtual assisting, and digital marketing. It's important to research and find the right fit for your skills and interests. Good luck with your journey!
You should consider Bacolod. It is easy to get around in and only 4km from downtown and you are in a rural area
long sleeves Paul? what is the daytime temp there?
Wearing his UA-cam shirt for the video
Hi @thomasrudy6132 Yeah, I wear long sleeves even during the day to protect myself from the sun and dust!
I took the Dale Carnegie class. How to win friends and influence people. I wasn’t a fan. 😂 helps if you have the gift of gab 🤪 sup Paul 👋🏻
Thanks for sharing!!
GUYS, TAGAYTAY IS A TOURIST ATTRACTION, THATS WHY!!!
Hi @marissawarfield8812 Thanks for correcting us! We'll make sure to remember that about Tagaytay.
You meet good friends in the Philippines.
Yes , you make friends with like interests here
Hi @jannarkiewicz633 Couldn't agree more! We've been fortunate to have made many great friends here.
