He died long before the paramedics arrived. I have never seen paramedics transfer someone to the hospital that quickly. Usually when they arrive they start administering CPR and getting him ready for transfer. As soon as they checked his pulse they realized he's gone. They just wanted to evacuate the scene before a riot breaks out. You could see how those coward cops got out of there ASAP. They are even afraid of a dead black man, let alone a live one. You could see the murderer came over to the chunky one and mumbled something, like let's get the hell out of here.
Regardless, it doesn't even matter where he died. Whether at the scene or at hospital. It's still murder. If you shoot someone and they survive you will get charged for attempted murder. If they then die 3 days later from say internal bleeding, your sentence will be changed to murder.

@Happy Thanos I am still reeling and feel this overwhelming confusion because when I watched the videos ( in it's entirety from different video contributors) the main point centers on the first police officer who is directly physically engaging with the alleged suspect who is clearly under control, hands cuffed behind his back, flat on his stomach and cornered just under the front end of a vehicle but the policeman has his right knee bearing down on the man's neck. You can hear George Floyd gasping that he can't breathe and you can see and hear the crowd increasingly getting more upset and outraged trying to get the policeman to take his knee off of his neck. Then, there's the second disturbing action of the other policeman standing guard holding the crowd at bay. He looks over to his partner and the alleged suspect and I got to wonder if he recognized that the suspect was under control?

He died long before the paramedics arrived. I have never seen paramedics transfer someone to the hospital that quickly. Usually when they arrive they start administering CPR and getting him ready for transfer. As soon as they checked his pulse they realized he's gone. The other officers needed to pull him aside and say enough, but they let it happen. They look just as bad. What code in blue is that. Video cameras all around and the other officers just basically supported him.

When people are being restrained with excessive force and the police say if you can talk you can breath. That’s a lie. This man was able to ask for the cop to stop but his ability to breath was being blocked. So these types of tactics need to change.
Even you news readers and reporters stop saying that he died in police custody we all know that the man was killed at the scene.
This is so misleading, that interview was made before the riots started and the family condemned the riots

I can't say rest in peace because he died a gruesome death by law enforcement in full view of eyewitnesses who tried to plead for him to the police by easing up on the suspect in the savage bizarre way the police held him down.

@Happy Thanos I am still reeling and feel this overwhelming confusion because when I watched the videos ( in it's entirety from different video contributors) the main point centers on the first police officer who is directly physically engaging with the alleged suspect who is clearly under control, hands cuffed behind his back, flat on his stomach and cornered just under the front end of a vehicle but the policeman has his right knee bearing down on the man's neck. You can hear George Floyd gasping that he can't breathe and you can see and hear the crowd increasingly getting more upset and outraged trying to get the policeman to take his knee off of his neck.
Then, there's the second disturbing action of the other policeman standing guard holding the crowd at bay. He looks over to his partner and the alleged suspect and I got to wonder if he recognized that the suspect was under control?
