Gear in the video:
1. Evergoods CPL "PHOnix"

IN for hand-drawn phoenix patch 😂
haha, I got you dude!
@@jtinseoul7041 haha dude that would be awesome!
The phoenix patches really look like they belong on the collab bags, love how the orange pops from the black
Looks good, for sure. My favourite is still the one from the Guerrilla X though.
Loving that Bullet! Hope they come back into stock soon!
Me too! Would love a MCB one.
I was looking for your North St reviews and the phoenix patch - 1 of 1 - can't wait.
It amazes me that with every video you make, you show a new bag I want. LoL. I really enjoy your content
Hahaha. Which one from here did you like? Bullet?
@@jtinseoul7041 Yes, I like the bullet and the Tom Bhin Daylight
That bit with the phoenix, awesome.
Haha. Appreciated, dude.
You're quickly becoming one of my favorite bag reviewers. Btw, where is that sweet camera cube from?
I linked it in the description. It's The Brown Buffalo Roadie Sling! Excellent piece of gear. And thanks for the complement! Glad you're digging them.
Love your timing on this video. I’ve recently been eyeing a couple packable packs. Never considered the Bullet, but it looks like it would work well. Honestly though, the 1000D scares me. Last thing I want is for my clothes to take a beating because I feel the need to wear a pack that can handle a war zone with no problem.
Thoughts on any of the Matador Ultralights?
I think I mentioned in the video the newest bullet is 210D on the back and 500D on the front. It's a lot softer and more clothes friendly. I've never tried anything from Matador but that stuff is just too floppy for me. Only so much flop I can take haha.
My Bullet never ceases to impress. GR1 26L has been sidelined for quite a while. Definitely going to pick up a GoRuck Packing Cube. Thanks for sharing!
That cube is GREAT. One of the most versatile things I have in my carry.
@@jtinseoul7041 Sadly GR don't have the "full" packing cubes any longer and when I contacted them, they wouldn't say if they would have them moving forward.
Ah man, what a bummer! I love this packing cube..
@@jtinseoul7041 Webite still shows the 10L in stock which you showed and is the optimal size IMO.
@@chriselton1915 It isn't the "full" or clam shell version in the video but just a flat version that doesn't fold over.
I’ve been using the Ynot deploy custom made with xpac VX-42
Feel I need one. Being Canadian like me and all.
Those bullets are impressive with their versatility. You you think they’ll ever make a slick version?
I doubt it haha. But you never know!
I understand the tongue-in-cheek lint roller scene but I have noticed improvement in my 22L Half Zip in the “lint attraction” department. Just wish the dang thing would stand up by itself. 🤣
Haha. Glad you saw it was meant to be funny. I purposely left the Rover looking bad to show the CPL isn't the only bag that collects cat hair and lint. My MPL with the 420D doesn't collect anything. It's great. Key to getting something to stand on it's own is heavy at the bottom, light at the top haha.
So did you wrap the three handles on the Mystery Wrap backpack? I'd save that for a "Me" day to focus on.
I don't use that bag enough to do so, ha.
Given you're a photographer I'd love to hear your take on camera cubes! Does the one in the video fit in the Kletterwerks?
It would fit! I do talk about camera cubes in the videos from time to time. My favourites are from The Brown Buffalo, DSPTCH, and ONA.
Great line up what’s y’all’s thoughts on the Mystery Ranch In and Out 19?
It's one I've wanted to try. I heard there's a version 2 out now. It might be a little too floppy for me but I'll give it a go if I get the chance.
Love what you did with your makeshift Phoenix bag 🤣 when DO they ship?
The word is sometime in early September.. here's hoping!
@@jtinseoul7041 Ooof 😅 I’ll keep my fingers crossed then!
Moi aussi.
Is that dopp/tech from Aer? Which one is it?
Ah, I thought I mentioned it but must have gotten cut. It's the Trakke Laggan Pouch.
@@jtinseoul7041 Ah, it's below. Didn't realize you used it as Dopp (you are a good minimal packer! Not me).
I used to do like weekend trips to Tokyo that were spur of the moment. I had to pack for the trip plus my office stuff for both Friday and Monday. I think those trips taught me to be a decent packer haha. In this setup, I have both my basic tech and dopp stuff in the Laggan which could be dangerous though lol.
@@jtinseoul7041 tres true. Be careful out there in the world (and in your bag).
Damn, this didn’t help me. I’m on the fence about a smaller bag for my next purchase. I’ve been looking at the Tom Bihn Luminary and the Bullet… I had just about settled on the Luminary and then you post this.
Haha. I definitely like the Bullet a lot. I've heard the luminary is a little stiff so I'm not sure how it would work as a packable. Would be nice as a small daily though I'm sure.
Coyote Bullet ruck for the win 🏆
I was super surprised when it packed out like that. I think each of these have their own "place" aside from maybe the Summit / Bullet sort of overlapping. The other two are quite different. Definitely though, the Bullet does great like this.
@@jtinseoul7041 Me too, I’d never really considered the Bullet as a stand-alone ‘weekend’ bag. I carry mine every day for work and use it at the weekend too, such a great pack, simple but effective.
