Looks just like Hennessey's Corvette. That street speed 717 was driving. It's got the same hump in the trunk. But this one is much cheaper than the price of a Hennessy Conversions. But It has the same quality.
It's not particularly my personal taste but a white Corvette with the red/black interior just looks so clean. If I could ever get away from black or dark gray I might try it. 😊
I really loved the upgrade! Considering the performance gains and drivability no one can ask for more for street, daily use and some track days. The only fault (with all due respect) is that aesthetically speaking the supercharged kit is not as good looking as the oem looks. I must remember that the C8 engine like other mid engine sport cars is proudly exhibited. So, besides the obvious improvement of performance, I would expect a more oem look, maybe with exotic materials added or even a complete new design, but better than stock. The Procharger kit is not ugly at all, but maybe they could work on something more exquisitely designed and sell it like an extra option.

Who installed it Ron? I bet it’s a blast to drive?! Glad to hear you are enjoying it. Do not worry about AR headers creating too much heat under the hood, and you can always wrap with DEI heat shield like we have done on some. You will not see huge gains from the headers, but definitely a louder exhaust note!
I thought about running some of that vp octanium unleaded in my c6z06 you always talk about. It’s a lingenfelter 660 car and in my area (Kansas/Oklahoma) most all we have is 91 octane. So I just thought about trying to bump it up to 93ish, instead of the whole bottle which claims 7 point boost per 10 gallons of fuel. Does it cause excessive buildup etc within the motor or exhaust? Car is catted on the x pipe I should mention.
Any updates on the HTC? Does the aftermarket exhaust have the droan sound when cruising? Also are you recommending the dalton clutch pressure plate with this package?
ProCharger does offer an HTC version and it's now available. We haven't really noticed an bad drone out of any of the aftermarket headers or cat-backs...they just all sound a little different. Call us about the clutch, I cannot answer this.
Will be glad to line them up anytime. Any make/model! 💪 I can’t speak for them, but we give 3 year 36k mile warranty on our packages. We stand behind our builds with HP and especially reliability.
@@SRTK1LLA Honestly the C8 is a terrible platform if you’re trying to build a race car. I’ll keep my twin turbo Mustang for that. C8 is a nice cruiser IMO. At least that’s why I bought mine.
@@LateModelRacecraft For a base C8 this kit should cost no more than 10k it won't add any value to the car, There's over 2000+ c8 for sale online and it's not a super car it's just a sports car. But on a ZO6 paying 15k to 20k that's more understandable and will hold it's value a bit longer but not forever. If this kit was 10k you would sell 10000% more of them and make more money overall than to sell only a few of them and overcharge customers.

Only problem is this is about a $30k upgrade and that’s a whole lot of $ for a supercharger.
You're paying over 10K for installation and tuning.

Stay away from ProCharger. Magnuson is superior until someone produces a fix for the heat issue.

He would lose badly to a Z06 unless it was a very cold day. The heat issues with this ProCharger is a serious issue. I have one. I know.

It will definitely help. Just use half a bottle per tank or only when you plan to really hammer on it!
Hold up, what is the clutch rated for in torque? Does it hit too hard with the short gearing?
