I believe one should look to the astrology chart & aspects of the current timing & of medical issues. Then, compare to your natal chart placements to see what & how those are aspecting your empty houses, as well as, your natal placements. In particular outer, slower moving planets; pluto, uranus, neptune, saturn & the moon's nodes, along with the faster moving personal placements of; your rising sign, & planets; the sun, moon, venus, mars, jupiter. A reading from an astrologer is so helpful! 🍀
Saturn is in my first and teeth have always been an issue, but I rarely feel cold. In fact I am a cold weather person, much preferring cool and dry climates 😊
@@jenniferlynnbecker2234 as in Saturn's natural affinity is to be cold. So the fact that you prefer that temperature, it is in your constitutional, structural make up. You're made for that. I'm a completely different constitution & suffer in cold damp conditions. Interesting stuff! 😉
I have Saturn in the first and I have never had even a cavity, nor am I cold or prefer the cold. I do, however, have chronic pain, a grumpy serious face even when I'm just thinking, and have no problem saying "no".
13:13 I’d like to offer one correction from Vedic perspective- Venus is sugar-cane, Jupiter is Honey, Sun is Jaggery and Moon is lactose. Neither are “high fructose corn syrup”. In fact all those instant/shortcut/artificial foods (including using the microwave) fall into the signification of Rahu/North Node, and frankly I think that’s the main “culprit” - if you will - these days. Hope this helps 🙏🏼
Fantastic podcast, probably the best I've listened to in a long time. And your 'lengthy' descriptions are much appreciated. They offer breadth and depth to the conversation.
Prior to the Cultural Revolution in China, there was a cosmological branch of Chinese Medicine. Manfred Kubny has done extensive translation work to make this available in German and English. As a Chinese Medicine practitioner, using Western Astrology is an essential component in coaching my patients through the energetic pattern they are experiencing.
Hello Kira and Chris. I have been a medical translator for about 17 years and started last year as a practitioner in astrology. I would definitely love translating texts from you both to French if you ever need a specialized professional. Thank you so much for this passionating podcast!
This talk is absolutely fascinating to me & I want to thank you both for this so practical & applicable practice of astrological knowledge. I have a lot of rather varied types of medical career in my background. My main career path was as a midwife, after becoming a veterinary technician, then a dental assistant, then as a midwife working in birth centers, teaching, a primary care clinic & eventually a homebirth practice, still teaching & training apprentice midwives. I always moved in the transition into another field of study. I became much more focused on herbs & alternative healing methodology. Then became a 1st responder as a volunteer in my local rural township and took the training to get an EMT license. This was after getting a license as a nurse's aid, home health aid & a rehabilitation aid & working 15 yrs at a nursing home. I worked as a special ed paraeducator for my local school district & became a substitute teacher. Then I worked for 17.5 years as a direct support professional for an agency serving in a group home of individuals with developmental disabilities. This was after birthing my 2nd child who is on the autism spectrum. The synastry aspect is so real & I feel as a divine led happening. As a midwife I had so many births with the fetus presenting in a posterior position. I was able to recognize this often nebulous malpresentation when even obstetricians didn't in transports for delayed labors. So, of course, my own 2nd child's birth was a very large head presenting posterior! And my 1st child's was an asynclintic (sideways) presenting head position, with a no progress of 2nd stage at home. This birth resulted in a forceps delivery in the hospital. Astrology has been a life long passion & has become a real study pursuit for me in the last 15 years. This is the beginning of my last chapter of my working life at almost 67 yrs. I am always seeking the divine. 💓
So glad to see this. Health is such an important life topic and it doesn't get the attention it deserves in astrological analysis. But I also think that with Hellenistic astrology, we finally actually have the right interpretive tools to be able to do that so it is now much more possible to make accurate predictions. For example, seeing just the 6th house significations from the perspective of traditional astrology, clearing away the modern interpretations, has been such a game changer for me.
19:00 is so interesting cuz recently I’ve hypothesized that when sent into a fight or flight state, they exude their rising sign characteristics to a T. Also goes sorta with the idea that ur rising sign is shaped or determined or plays along with the conditions you grew up in from a young age and how u were shaped, which could also lean into how we are when triggered
I love Kira and her ethical stance around medical astrology& prediction, I have a 6H stuffed with 6 planets, including my chart ruler and I’m healthier than most novice astrologers would guess, so I recognise the importance of what’s she’s saying! This was outstanding and so informative.
I like how approachable Kira makes learning medical astrology. Thinking of the elements sounds like such a simple but useful way to think about health and dispositions. This is a topic I've been wanting to learn more about so thank you Chris Brennan for offering this introduction with a stellar medical astrologer!
Saturn was transiting my first house (Virgo) back between 2007-2009, which is around the time I was working on my bachelor's and started suffering chronic fatigue and hair loss. Those problems have stayed with me until the most recent transit of Saturn through the 6th, where through an elimination diet I finally linked the cause of chronic fatigue to food sensitivies. I am still working on resolving the hair loss but happy to say I no longer have chronic fatigue! Saturn in the 6th house really pushed me to look after my health - the transit doesn't have to be a bad thing. 😊
I love all the podcasts you've done, but this is the best one yet!! Both of you are amazing!! I learned so much and can't wait to learn more. And Chris you have the sweetest and cutest smile!
Here it comes Chris with another treat again. You are a star! I am studying nutrition and bought some of Kira's courses. My first proper astrology book was Hellenistic Astrology from Chris and now, watching both together talking about my favourite topic, it feels like a really nice treat. Thanks, Chris.
Have her back again, Chris! What a treat. I learned so much. I feel kind of spoiled because you touched on the 6th house and Saturn which I have placements in. I'm curious about Chiron in the 6th, if that has anything to do with specific illnesses.
This is what I didn't know I needed. And I was diagnosed with a thyroid condition that required me to have it removed. When I woke up from the surgery I experienced an unparalleled level of Bliss that lasted me months so the Venus connection is very interesting.
Such an amazing Interview! :) Thank you both! I've been diving into Medical astrology a lot more the last few years, especially once I learned about Tissue Salts! Looking forward to continue watching Kira's work!
And each of the 12 cell salts match up to each of the zodiac signs. Santos Bonacci recons the 3 following the month of your birth are the ones we are deficient in. I also have a recipe to work out our core ones needed. The sun and its opposite, Saturn, South Node, Moon and its opposite, given to me years ago by a Naturopathic Astrologer here in New Zealand. Wish i could find her now.
I am so happy I could cry!! Thank you so much!! I greatly apprecite this! Just getting a foot in the astro door when going through the alternative medicine gamete. Really excited for this!!
I am truly enjoying this episode so much! Thank you! After thinking a bit (I'm still listening and only at 25 minutes in) I checked to see where Mars was when I got Covid in August 2021... it was my Mars return (in Virgo, 3rd house)! This helped give me a bit of insight and closure about that time as I am still recovering but my symptoms (heart and lung issues) started improving around the time Mars recently went direct. Amazing. I love learning: there's always another tie in and 100 new things to learn about. Thank you.
Super! Love Kira! I have Saturn in the 6th conjunct my Moon (am Cancer rising) in Sag. My first house is empty - I spent my entire life super healthy and in shape - even after 5, yes 5 kids. I've always eaten well - had crunchy granola parents - we never ate the standard american diet and my kids as well My second saturn return - breast cancer diagnosis. Come to find I out i was the lucky recipient of a BRCA2 gene malformation - from my dad's side. It's been an intense ride. But I kinda feel even tho saturn in the 6th - yes and conjunct moon - somehow that Sag saved me - am also sun Pisces so Jupiter is my ruler there as well - 9th house sun (whole sign). Thank you for an excellent episode!
ive listened to this previous but just this time grabbed a great quote " when we are under stress we [default?] to our Ascendant coping strategies".. ive lost the timelink so cant check the exact words someone fix it if you choose ;)
Incredible episode! As a Virgo Moon in the 12th house, I have a lot of chronic digestive issues 🙃. I’m very mercurial and a lot of those gut issues gets triggered by my nervous system being shot.
@@machinegunhippy I enjoy salty foods a lot more than sweets! Most of my sugar cravings get satisfied with fruits! But I will look into those, thanks 🙏🏾
Loved this. Always been interested in medical Astrology. My friend, a 99-year-old, said she'd lived that long bc she'd kept away from the doctors and only took herbs. She didn't drink or smoke and ate lots of sugary foods. She had exalted Jupiter/Saturn.
According to Valens, Venus is greasy in taste and Jupiter is the sweet one. I think greasy is pretty applicable to Venus because who doesn't give in to some oily cheesy food these days. And Jupiter is sweet because it's just something good to eat after a meal, it's extra and nice. Plus some people have huge sugar cravings, they can get tired of fried food, but the cravings for sugar just never end. Great episode btw! I'm halfway through and loving every single point you guys make ❤
Wonderful conversation, thank you both. When I studied Herbal Medicine with Dorothy Hall in Sydney in the 80’s, we learnt to how to consider a patients’ sun sign in diagnosis and prescription. Agree about the importance of the Elements, big in TCM.
I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes on the day Mercury and Venus were conjunct at 11 degrees Aquarius, conjunct my Uranus. Mars was conjunct my Moon in Gemini, too. Definitely see Mercury and Venus as the endocrine system, I didn’t realize Mercury ruled hormones 🤯 Wonderful episode!
I have natal Saturn in the first, I’m in chronic pain all the time, fatigue, my teeth are getting bad for some reason. I’m a mess lol if I’m not constantly watching what I eat I gain a ton of weight but I’m a Sagittarius rising so that don’t help. Only good thing with Saturn in the first is you age backwards lol ppl think I’m 10 years younger then I am. Natal Venus in 12th I’ve had period issues since puberty up until the last 3 years. My cycle and hormones have always been screwed up. I fixed it with keto. Uranus is transiting my 6th right now and I’ve lost 50 pounds and counting in the last 7 months. I started a new medication that’s helping me get off the weight I could never seem to lose no matter what.
This was awesome.. PS - when Saturn ingressed to my 6th in AQ I spent 3 years doing dental restoration. When I had mos of treatment in hospital years ago, he was in the 12th (the diagnosis) and later in the 1st crossing ASC. MEDICAL ASTROLOGY WORKS !!! Thank you both for a great interview. Can't wait to get the booklet and books.
Such a smart, grounded and intuitive person. I'd recommend anyone with health problems to see her. I'm 💯 sure that you can get more correct and faster diagnosis + treatment with this then with regular medicine, which is subservient to big pharma and profit, and that has totally lost its purpose.
With a stellium of Rx virgo planets including (mars and saturn) in my 6th hs, venus in pisces in the 12th and an afflicted moon in aries conjunct my asc, this is a much appriciated episode...Thankyou both!💖
Thank you, Chris. I appreciate how you always try to bring things back and synthesize. What house system does she use in her natal analysis? I missed that. (Ugh! "I may or may not")
This was my first in depth introduction to astrology and health and it was a game changer for me. Looking at the charts leading up to and for the day of an incident the impacted my health severely for nearly 2 years, I could actually see the challenging aspects that landed me squarely in the position of having to navigate a course through a chronic health situation. And Mars was actually transiting my ascendant at that time. Thank you for this episode, such an eye opener!
I'm Gemini rising, when Mars was going through my 1st house this past year, I had 3 injuries. I fell down the stairs outside and scraped my face and hands, the day after Mars ingressed. I got frostbite on my three middle toes when Mars was retrograde at 11 degrees squaring Jupiter in Pisces (foot) and also in the Jupiter decan. Then I jabbed my big toe on the stairs when Mars stationed at 8 degrees, still squaring Jupiter in Pisces and in the Jupiter decan.
Thank you both 🙏✨ I'd love more episodes on the Elements. Any recommendations of episodes or others who focus on Elements. I really enjoyed this episode as well as Darby Costello's.
I love this episode! Thank you Kira for giving me more understanding how being born with Saturn in my 1st house of Capricorn may have contributed to being born with eczema all over my body and who knows what else (my mum only treated the visible symptoms….apparently I cried a lot!). I so want to delve more into medical astrology!
I have come across Kiras website and get her newsletters and have always said I would do one of her courses....we'll after listening to this and realising I have Saturn transiting my natal 6th house I believe it's now or never!! Thank you Chris for having Kira on...super interesting episode 😊
This is such a fascinating topic and I so resonate as I have a mom who’s smoked 2 packs a day for 60 years, eats like absolute crap and still going! And myself am very sensitive to food, can’t drink and on and on. Im a Virgo sun and Capricorn rising. My moms a Pisces and I don’t have her birth time so can’t speak to her other placements. I wonder if I’m her child! Lol
Loved this conversation.🎉🎉 Appreciate the ethics.. if i knew in 2003 that i wouldnt meet that wonderful Egyptian eye specialist until 2018. She found the medication to control debilitating corneal pain. Thats after all the therapy, all the spiritual work, all the everything to try and heal visual impairment. My guide dog and very strong eye drops recovered my life. (No earth or water in my chart...!). Ill be hitting those basic elements hard 😊
I have Saturn in the 1H and I'm always cold, especially when I was younger. As I got older, the cold hands & feet were symptoms of hypothyroidism. A PSA would be to regularly check your thyroid (bloodwork.) It can cause a whole range of issues down the road or be a symptom of a bigger one.
I have mars conjunct Pluto in Virgo in the 8th squaring moon in Gemini in the 5th. I had a really tough delivery of my son. Emergency C-section and I loss a lot of blood.
thanks I am cancer and have always been able to control my diet, capricorn moon gave me tremendous discipline, and with the skin problems and all I will check out my gut as my progressed sun and moon have progressed into virgo. while sneaky pluto opposed my sun and mercury which I have had vocal cord discord while natalie my venus in Gemini squares pluto in virgo.
19:35 I like how it's being mentioned the Ascendant and it's ruler being sort of our natural energy we need to go back to, guys the rising sign is who we are
I'm pretty new to astrology and the different specialties, and this lights me up so much!! I love holistic healing techniques, and I cannot wait until your book is available! ❤
Fascinating conversation! My chart ruler is Mars in the 8th and Ive always had elevated iron levels in blood tests! Iv wondered about Hemochromatosis, but Ive never been diagnoses.
Can you invite Laurie Rivers on to do an episode on the astrology of what we are seeing in the Middle East? She’s a political analyst specialized in that part of the world, and has been practicing astrology for decades.
Super podcast! Looking forward to Kira's book(s). Had my chart out with transits (9-11-24) and it conferred lots of what Kira said. I've taken a few different health/astrology courses, but none fit as well as the info given my Kira today.
As soon as this popped up, I remembered I forgot to read a new book from Gabor Maté that is very geared towards how the 12th/6th can manifest. If I recall.. (looking).. yes. Aerin Fogel was a guest a while which reminded me (and I forgot again). The Myth of Normal. I can check the upload date on that, Venus profection year so Venus in Sagittarius. Packed sign, actually. But mars in gemini retrograde in opposition. Square jupiter in pisces.. interesting date to pick. Sagittarius is my 4th, Neptune. He writes thoroughly on addiction as Kira mentioned it. He mentioned once he was addicted to buying CD’s where he actually left the delivery room during his child being born to be at the record store. 😆 He was born in a concentration camp, he writes thoroughly on certain topics but it’s also why the episode with Fogel reminded me of him. I actually had a stress induced autoimmune issue when Saturn hit natal moon. These types of things are actually more constructive. I wouldn’t say it as a whole, maybe in minor cases.. in general some life difficulties, it can sometimes help to look at the bigger picture. Saturn in the 1st, I’m actually hot most often. It sounds like Kira uses quadrants so she’d probably see it as a 12th Saturn and 1st house MARS. Still works, mars is actually applying to the ascendant out of sign and you can still read it as influencing the 1st in several ways. Saturn is actually tied to mars related car accidents where it wasn’t discovered for months that I had bone injuries in my jaw line that will eventually cause a lot of issues. We all know the US medical system, they missed it and then insurance said it’s only covered if it’s life threatening. It caused restrictions since it’s my top priority, but much of what I could say about that is more in line with the Venus retrograde in Leo episode. The retrograde being on my SR chart, part is likely that I’m going to go ahead and get that damage fixed. Sun in the 12th, I can’t say that’s much of an issue in that it’s a domicile. 6th is probably the bigger problem, but Valens has a good/accurate read on that and it’s nicely mitigated. The stress was actually related to putting my life on hold for a long time (the last Leo Venus retrograde) to help family. Moon is Aquarius in Venus terms with Venus trine in libra. The autoimmune caused alopecia areata and it wasn’t until it got humid that I noticed it grew back sort of curly, I wondered what placement caused that and then I noticed there’s now a natural middle part, so libra. 😡 these things actually result as highly constructive and there is that Jupiter mars square/quintile which is expected. Even with car accidents, these should have been fatal but ended up with only minor injuries. Saturn 1st, bone related. As mentioned, other people stress me out so that domicile sun comes in handy. That mentioned book probably explains WHY other people stress me out. I get a feeling I keep forgetting since that book may fall more into this next mercury ruled profection and this is likely very linked to my approach to astrology. Mercury in that video post chart may also signal that. Matè is a person that’s been in awareness for a long time, I just don’t have an interest in the topics he discusses and then he published one where I do have an interest. If someone knows their birth chart, they may notice repeated themes, people, or topics like the universe is trying to get your attention. Anyways, almost all of Saturn in Aquarius I worked 3rd shift which actually beat my body up pretty bad. In various ways, but it’s rebounding very well. In part, it makes you flip your digestive system backwards. It was also nearly impossible to cook, so I had a crash course on how bad processed foods can make you feel. Being off 3rd, I went back to my normal protein/meat diet and feeling almost normal again. The worst part is, having my sleep cycles reversed when my digestive system was active is my throat is damaged from acid reflux. It gets better by the day though. Despite all of my efforts, I’m actually freakishly healthy. 6th/12th house, people may find Gabor Maté interesting. Aquarius moon, I actually got sidetracked by the work of Jaak Panksepp and the mammalian brain studies. I’m wondering if his key words that are functional parts of the brain align with planets. But.. “Here, arguments for the critical importance of brain systems that integrate the distress and despair of separation-distress (overactivity of basic PANIC/GRIEF networks) and the diminished arousal of SEEKING networks that constitute dysphoria will be presented. Excessive arousal of SEEKING urges may contribute substantially to mania and psychostimulant addictions, leading to excessive elation/euphoria, arising from excessive appetitive dopamine SEEKING urges, which can promote unwise life choices.” Slowly getting pulled back into astrology more “full time”. Good episode, I actually didn’t expect to like it. Almost sounded like Kelly was back.
This was absolutely incredible! Thank you so much for making this gem of an episode! It's super eye-opening and it makes me want to understand astrology even more. When Saturn was transiting my first house I developed anorexia for about 2 years (super literal just as you said) and this also activated my saturn in the 8th in pisces, so afterwards it turned into bulumia which turned into 15 year on and off eating disorder battle (my venus is in taurus), it spiked again last year, and these past few months have been one of the worst in my bulimia journey as Im having my saturn return. I also have Neptune and Uranus in the 6th house in Capricorn. I also found it interesting that pisces rules hands and feet because I get super easily frostbite on my fingers and toes even in the summer. but thank you so much for this video!!!
Great topic again! Good job, Chirs and Kira! Very interesting! I was hoping that she will talk about what type of house division she uses since that is kind of different for every medical astrologer and it is important because 6-th house could be quite different in whole sign and quadrant house systems for some people. I have had a lot of health problems lately and I noticed that quadrant houses work better for tracking them out. I was curious if Kira is using a quadrant system.
24:10-
1st house- physical body
6th house- illness
8th house- weaker health
12th house- loss
Saturn- skin, bones, ligaments and tendons- slowed down, fatigue, teeth problems. Saturn in 1st- people change their diet.
Saturn in the first- always cold
Mars in the first - accidents- heat, swelling, inflammation and pain. Colds and flus. Shingles, herpes. Acute things, falls, stings.

"Venus soothes a scratchy Mars." 😅 The best line.
ive listened to this previous but just this time grabbed a great quote " when we are under stress we [default?] to our Ascendant coping strategies".. ive lost the timelink so cant check the exact words someone fix it if you choose ;)
Thanks!
Thank you for your support, I appreciate it!
Incredible episode! As a Virgo Moon in the 12th house, I have a lot of chronic digestive issues 🙃. I’m very mercurial and a lot of those gut issues gets triggered by my nervous system being shot.
Do you also enjoy sweets? Because this 12-point your vitamin B1 or thiamine.
@@machinegunhippy I enjoy salty foods a lot more than sweets! Most of my sugar cravings get satisfied with fruits! But I will look into those, thanks 🙏🏾
What about respiratory problems? Gemini rising, Scorpio 6H with 3 planets.
I have mars in Virgo in 12th house opposite Saturn. And I love spicy food and I don’t think it’s good for me. But I love spicy food
Loved this. Always been interested in medical Astrology.
My friend, a 99-year-old, said she'd lived that long bc she'd kept away from the doctors and only took herbs.
She didn't drink or smoke and ate lots of sugary foods.
She had exalted Jupiter/Saturn.
Great episode! Kira is such a delight!
Excellent! Loved this, thank you, Chris and Kira!
@callmesamb makes a lot sense for your right. I’m also a Type 1 Diabetic and my birth chart is kinda similar to yours.
Simply Wonderful! Thank you both! 🌟
Such a great episode!!
Thank you both 🙏✨ I'd love more episodes on the Elements. Any recommendations of episodes or others who focus on Elements. I really enjoyed this episode as well as Darby Costello's.
Kira has quite a bit to offer, very good discussion folks
I love this episode! Thank you Kira for giving me more understanding how being born with Saturn in my 1st house of Capricorn may have contributed to being born with eczema all over my body and who knows what else (my mum only treated the visible symptoms….apparently I cried a lot!). I so want to delve more into medical astrology!
excellent Aries dynamic on medical astrology and the healing journey
Awesomr, thank you 😊💛🌈
Love this thank you,Chris. Kira is always amazing❤
I have come across Kiras website and get her newsletters and have always said I would do one of her courses....we'll after listening to this and realising I have Saturn transiting my natal 6th house I believe it's now or never!! Thank you Chris for having Kira on...super interesting episode 😊
This was amazing! Thank you, Kira and Chris😊
Lol
really enjoyed this!
this has been great, thank you!
Amazing time listening ❤
THANK YOU 🙏💕Great Topic
Loved this conversation.🎉🎉 Appreciate the ethics.. if i knew in 2003 that i wouldnt meet that wonderful Egyptian eye specialist until 2018. She found the medication to control debilitating corneal pain. Thats after all the therapy, all the spiritual work, all the everything to try and heal visual impairment. My guide dog and very strong eye drops recovered my life. (No earth or water in my chart...!). Ill be hitting those basic elements hard 😊
Awesome podcast; thanks to you both!
Wonderful discussion ❤❤❤
I have Saturn in the 1H and I'm always cold, especially when I was younger. As I got older, the cold hands & feet were symptoms of hypothyroidism. A PSA would be to regularly check your thyroid (bloodwork.) It can cause a whole range of issues down the road or be a symptom of a bigger one.
Would love to hear Kira's thoughts on Astrological Remediation in general
I have mars conjunct Pluto in Virgo in the 8th squaring moon in Gemini in the 5th. I had a really tough delivery of my son. Emergency C-section and I loss a lot of blood.
thanks I am cancer and have always been able to control my diet, capricorn moon gave me tremendous discipline, and with the skin problems and all I will check out my gut as my progressed sun and moon have progressed into
virgo. while sneaky pluto opposed my sun and mercury which I have had vocal cord discord
while natalie my venus in Gemini squares pluto in virgo.
So good!
this episode was epic for me - thank you
This is so interesting! Thank you both!
Iv wondered about Hemochromatosis, but Ive never been diagnoses.
this is gold
Can you invite Laurie Rivers on to do an episode on the astrology of what we are seeing in the Middle East? She’s a political analyst specialized in that part of the world, and has been practicing astrology for decades.
Luv this too. Healthwise it's planetary, natural & elemental. Make Astrology my go to. Thank you both for this amazing episode.💫🪐
Super podcast! Looking forward to Kira's book(s). Had my chart out with transits (9-11-24) and it conferred lots of what Kira said. I've taken a few different health/astrology courses, but none fit as well as the info given my Kira today.
Love it.
Excessive arousal of SEEKING urges may contribute substantially to mania and psychostimulant addictions, leading to excessive elation/euphoria, arising from excessive appetitive dopamine SEEKING urges, which can promote unwise life choices.”
Slowly getting pulled back into astrology more “full time”.
Good episode, I actually didn’t expect to like it. Almost sounded like Kelly was back.
So interesting thank you!!
My oldest daughter has her N Node in Virgo 6th house, conjuct Jupiter, this podcast was extremely helpful.
Amazing podcast 😍💝👍
Ty
Thank you Kira, this was extremely helpful and informative 💛🇧🇷
Mars retrograde in Gemini (my 1st house)... rolled my ankle the day it stationed and took me the whole retrograde to heal!
