Meaning of life, just to feel and experience everything and not hold onto it. We’re just here to be on the ride, good or bad, life is chaos and one day it’s over. I do try to find as much pleasure in the good things though, like laughing, sunshine, love, fruit, animals etc. but I don’t think there’s much more to it then just being here and maybe being as kind as you can - and remembering when things are shit that this too shall pass. Change is the only constant
That is such an amazing view on life, it's the same thing my friend tells me. I do try to have that perspective but sometimes my mind can be a dark place, what can I say
@@uneasyA my mind used to be a dark prison for me too / until my dr suggested I try psilocybin, which very luckily worked for me and completely changed my brain
It hasn’t happened to me but I can 100% see how seeing that book will trigger you because of the traumatic event that happened while physically reading it. If you still want to read the book maybe try a ebook version of it in the future after time has passed

Yes, I think I'll find a new copy, or get it from my library because I can't with my own copy, I even put it in a box
