Your message regarding fasting as a way of helping to prevent food from consuming your life really resonated with me. I too consider myself as a foodie and get hangry regularly. I’ve tried a juicing system for 1 day once a few years ago and that day felt like hell lol 😂 maybe one day I’ll work up the courage to try again using your method of the butter and vitamins. Thank you for taking the time in sharing your insights with us ❤
I would just go very slow into fasting. I started with intermittent fasting which is 8hr eating, 16hr fast. This has become my regular eating routine as well because I don't like having 3 meals a day, it's too much cooking. Intermittent fasting is a lot easier than you think. Then I added 24hr fast once a week for a whole year. Sometimes, I do 36hrs fast. You can stretch the fasting time a bit after you get the hang of it. Then move up to 2-3 days fasting, then 4-5 days, then 6-7 days. Or you can also do half juice and half water fast. But always make sure to take lots of vitamins and minerals. It has been a very slow and gradual process for me. That's how I was able to sustain it. I avoid making fasting as something arduous or stressful, but I have to make it as something I would enjoy such as having extra free time to do things I need to do or like to do, save time and money for grocery lol, and just focus on that instead. That way it doesn't feel so dreadful for me whenever I go into fasting. If you decide to give it a try, let me know how it goes and how it helps you improve your health :)
Water fasting is a great way to reset the body. Also must eat fresh fruits and veggies plus clean water before going into a fast. It will make it easier. So many benefits from water. fasting. When fasting the body will start to repair itself. Depending on the length of the fast results will be different. For me after three days hunger goes away. My longest fast was 12 days water only felt great.😎
Wow 12 days is quite long for me, I've long to get there. Normally, after 3 days, I do feel less hungry as well, but that varies each year. This year is the hardest time of fasting for me. Also, for women body, it's not recommended to be on water fast for too long as it can suppress the estrogen and put more stress on the uterus. For men, they can do much longer water fast and feel great afterward.
@@soulgrowthwithvivithai My goal is to do a 21 day water fast. I have done so many water fasting and around five or seven days it's gets easier. But it is still a challenge!😎
