Hey, my brother got the mammoth bc8 and the trailer but we don’t know how to put the wheels together on the trailer, could you help me out with explaining hot to put together the wheels and duallies?

The two halves of the rim are pulled together with the two long M2.5 screws ... (as far as possible) until the short M2.5 screws fit. For which step in the instructions do you need help?
