The A340-600 truly is a beautiful plane!
nothing is worse than a crying baby on a plane
or mother fucking snakes on a mother fucking plane
Reddust86 Or kids kicking your back ;)
Qussan I'm and old man and i usually like that ;)
Reddust86 or a child kicking your chair
I went to florida in 2012 but it was with monarch and there was this kid about 8 rows infront of my family and it was screaming for nearly the whole flight drove me to insanity considering that it was a 9 hour flight
Nothing more beautiful in this world than looking out of a window and seeing that wing against that kind of sky!
It should be international law that no one under the age of 8 should be on long haul flights.
Why?
+Fin _ HD because they talk too much.
+Daniel May idiot
+Daniel May That would be amazing rule but unfair for those with families overseas. Rather, an allocated family section would be better.
Depends. My first flight was when I was 4 and apparently I was silent the whole time, it was a long haul from Manchester - Orlando and I had many good memories of going several times as child
Thanks. Brought back good memories of the start of our holiday in LA last year.
I also took a flight on Virgin Atlantic from LHR to SFO recently and had a pleasant flight and nice flight attendants. Good work with the video! Cheers mate!
Cool video. Makes me want to book a flight right now.. Shame I'm not going anywhere this year..
Consider yourself lucky for actually loving to fly in an airplane. For me it is the most hateful part of my trips. :)
+Bron I love it
Long takeoff roll. Guess the '600 is optimized for long range, so it's carrying hella fuel. The shuddering at 11:30 used to creep me out on widebodies until somebody told me it's not wing buffet but the main gear braking before it retracts.
I haven't seen a map like that showing the flight route before. That's very cool. Excellent video. Can't wait for my trip in May.
I would love to fly on a plane like this someday. It seems like fun. I've flown all my life, but only back and forth between America and the Carribean islands. I'd love to travel to Europe. Awesome video
Come to London
Go to Paris or Italy!
Jared Lowey I sure will someday
I love Airbus, and the A340-600 is amazing and great, I've only been in Iberia A340-600
Awesome video love Virgin have been my NO.1 favourite airline for 10 plus year use them at least 5 times a year my last A340 trip was from LHR to HKG it was an on going flight to SYD slot of passengers were carrying onto Australia
You think the one on the A340-600 was bad, I had to fly on the A340-300 for 12 hours with the non on demand system! I flew up on the A340-600 on the flight towards London and absolutely loved that one compared to the -300
Thank you! My camera liked the majority of the lighting throughout.
That was a great quality video!! Nice work!
Awesome video; thanks for sharing! I would LOVE to fly on the A340-600 sometime!
I wish you could record much longer videos. The sound is so good! Aww I bet that baby hates when his ears pop. That's part of flying. I miss it. I love flying, and I don't get to travel much anymore. Great video, and especially great sound!
09:11 "Too much wait, I'll take off later - I'm outta here". Nice video BTW, thanks for posting.
I found this amazing flightdeck video.
Virgin Atlantic Airbus A340
People who post these videos should refrain from tagging them ''full flight''. I have never taken that route myself but I am pretty sure London-Los Angeles takes a bit longer than 36 minutes
wonderful video
Great vid been to LA from LHR with BA..
Well done. I enjoyed your detailed video.
Thanks.
Fantastic video dude. Love it!
im flying this next friday. carnt wait!
Superstreak1 can’t
my fucking lord that takeoff was crazy!!! The throttle went to the thrust to takeoff right away!!! ITS LIKE BAM!!! VEHVHVEHHSVHHHEHVVEHVHEHEHEVHEHHVHEH!!!
I'm going on this next week!
Great catch and close-up!
Awesome line up of BA planes at 9:00!
nice job in the call outs!!! It maybe perfect timing that u said that!!!
Great job once again! It was great in the beginning when you filmed the Virgin A346 that was pushed back from the gate next to your jet as it provided viewers a great perspective as to how big your same sized jet was on your flight. What do you think of Virgin as an airline, compared to others like B.A. or United? Do you get better service? I flew a long trip from the Eastern USA out to Hawaii last fall on United. Still ripped that US airlines make you pay for food for the past 7/8 years.
Have flown Virgin a few times. Cabin crew (with a few exceptions) are sooo up themselves.
When Michael O'Leary starts Atlantic Service to the States, Business and Economy Class passengers(only 2 fare levels will be offered) will flock aboard RyanAir Atlantic Service. Lufthansa,BA,Air France-KLM and all the other State Airlines will be in despair.FYI>>RyanAir plans to buy new and used 767 300 ERs, 777s,747 variants during the next downturn.Service will commence during that period when new and used Wide-Bodies can be had for a significant discount.Smart business moves!
man I love this video! U gott keep making more like this! :D
Fantastic work buddy:D
I wish I was the captain of dat flight!!! U were an amazing passenger :P
Hoping to do this journey next week good vid
Year
@ Jared Lowey; First of all, it would make sense for the "British" flag to be on the wing of a Virgin Atlantic plane, as Virgin Atlantic is a British airline. Secondly, for your information, it is NOT the "British" flag; it is the national flag of the United Kingdom, which consists of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. You should truly get your facts/information straight before you ask questions in a comment thread that come off as ignorant and snarky. Good day.
The first 10 minutes is Heathrow airport.
wow a sea of clouds such amazing view
good job captain!!!
My favourite aircraft
Nice Job mate! Best seat ever lol
Wonderfull man , nice video ;)
It's crazy how when you fly above england which is almost always gray and gloomy it's like that for one moment then, poof, nothing but blue sky and you no longer feel oppressed.
A346s are my favourite planes :)
aw i used to love the bmi livery. sad its not with us anymore :/
nice! thanks for sharing!
good vid will be on this journey soon
Please Dont Put "'Full Flight'' In video title, bcz everyone knows its impossible to fly from London to Los Angeles in 36 minutes, how about name is *Takeoff and Landing*
I love wing shots.
Cheers bud!
oh look a traffic jam on the M25 no surprise
Nice video....
I like A 340_600 its long fuselage and big engines
very good
Ha yep. It's tough for the little ones though! Cheers mate.
thats a damn long queue of planes
that was some queuing for 27R alright
see the traffic jam and the turkish airlines A320 was like bugger this and pulls out lol
Dude Dude Dude Dude Dude Dude Dude @HeathrowSpottingHD on 10:38 the engines went to takeoff thrust right away?
I bet the baby becomes a pilot
My hometown of California. I wasn't born in L.A BUT Santa Clara California
36 minutes and 35 second lol.
I'd take BA out of them all. Followed by Virgin then United - of my person experiences. I only flew Virgin this time because we had so many miles the entire trip cost 70GBP!
7:39 , Tam Brazil
who cares...
i dont care your comment , so you want to draw attention , and i care, because it was i who wrote the comment :)
*facepalm*...
Bloop lol
Bloop yeah he don't care your comment
Extremely unlikely. Nearly every airline pilot I know, which is a lot - from various different airlines flying a range of aircraft pretty much all at least have GoPro's/DSLR's filming.
Did i just watch an airplane flight for 36 mins just because I was watching chocolate rain and I got here...
hi Luke Pabari what video cam did u use on this movie i love the take off moment and landing moment
Weird how this full flight is only 36 mins
0:01 "Economy passengers not sure if there turned off and we are going to search for their bags"
I believe it it is him
Number 10 for departure!!?? I can't believe Heathrow has only 2 runways..that's got to change.
Im sure there are many people who agree with you
A MI GOD 15 HOURS WITH A CRYING BABY HOW YOU DO THAT
Just because they cry during Takeoff & Landing (due to pressure changes in the cabin) does not mean they crew the entire way.
HeathrowSpottingHD cabin pressure changes aggrivate babies?
Boeingbmaster HD One hundred percent! It's that and the noise. The pressure building up is a nerving feeling when you have no idea what is going on. As much as I love flying, I hated it when flying as a kid. After spending nearly 80 hours in a non-pressurised aircraft - I'm immune to it now ha.
HeathrowSpottingHD interesting. babies are very sensitive to sound. (learned something today)
Thanks
a week or 2 ago i wason a a340-600 from KLAX to EDDM
Shud every long flight posted on YT have a young crying kid? Lol :) Anyways great vid :)
Did you fly over Greenland on your trip??
How long did it take u b4 u took off
Why'd you skip the good part at 10:30?
I said "TOGA!" to myself and was awfully cringey. Trust me, your life is better without hearing that haha
haha, I completely understand. I have my PPL and I still get a little too excited when filming takeoffs... I need to edit and upload the numerous airline videos I have.
I was thinking the same lol.
With a phone. Despite what the forces of reaction tell you, no reasonable airline pilot actually believes that electronic devices affect flight instruments.
Did you catch the M25 before the lake
64x speed for the win!
Do you get much turbulence on the long haul planes as this is my main fear and it actually stops me from going to LA in fear of getting turbulence mid flight
it actually depends on the route... i've flown to and from LA a lot over the years and rarely had turbulence because the route is so northerly away from the common jetstreams. however going eastbound to europe is where you'll find the most turbulent flights on purpose. this is because flights are planned to take advantage of strong tailwinds winds, giving a shorter flight time and less fuel burn... but the trade off is a not so comfy ride. of course there's a limit to this and you'd never purposefully get planned (or shouldn't any way!!) in an area of severe turbulence. but that said, there's always areas of unforecasted turbulence. just be assured, these aircraft can take a huge beating as scary as it can seem. things to remember: your pilots want to get home safely as much as you do, so they'll never put you or themselves/crew in danger! and lastly, turbulence is the same as driving over a bumpy road :) your fears are rational. humans aren't designed to fly!
How are you able to video tape during takeoff and landing????
The flight attendant never stops talking, does she?
That’s British airways not virgin atlantic?
how do you get the ATC?
Did you have to pay for a meal with Virgin??
Was this the old Livery?
Landing on a plane is my worst fear I can not stand sore ears
I'm pretty sure that Virgin Atlantic has more A340's then Lufthansa
Lufthansa have 17 A340-600s and 16 A340-300s. While Virgin Atlantic only has 7 A340-600s
767 production is still plugging along....plane that has been in production for 31 years and counting.Hawaiian Airlines chose Airbus because their investment-capitol comes from EU investors with direct/indirect ties to Airbus/EADS. A330 has bigger fuel capacity, which is the only reason it flies differently.767 was the 1st ETOPS plane...designed originally for short hops when flying across the Oceans was Prohibited for Twin-engine jets,Your comparing apples to oranges
11 hours with a crying baby, let me off, let me off.
Isn’t the flight 11 hours
ishyyy nah usually about 0945! Can be longer in winter months with stronger winds though
Full Flight ? Are you serious ?!
Slow take off but good work
How long was that flight 11:30 hours
How was the IFE?
