This video shows our first trip on the sea with Fizzy and covers part 1 of our 10 day trip. It covers our arrival at Mercury Yacht Haven on the Hamble followed by our crossing to Cowes in the Isle of Wight.

So Gloucester lock is open and we are leading a flotilla down to portishead from sharpness if you are up for a trip. We will probably carry on down the channel later.

Hello Chris and thanks for the kind offer. We're between boats at the moment and have been enjoying trips all over the country looking for inspiration for a new one. We have looked at a Fairline Turbo 36 as you have but they're just out of our budget at present. How is your boat on fuel and in rougher seas? Regards Billy

consumedbynature hi, we have a Princess 435. We looked at the turbo but we needed a lot more space and power so we ended up with the larger engines and the 3 bedroom model. I’ve also just bought a sailing yacht which is only 25ft but a cracking boat. We are leaving Upton this summer and going to be at sharpness getting ready fo leaving inland waters in 2020.

@@g7eit Apologies, I've got your boat model wrong. I would like to try sailing/motor sailer but cannot convince the boss. I am going to do my competent crew on a sailing yacht later this year though. Good luck with your coastal travels.

consumedbynature they are a similar shape but lots more space for storing crap you’ll never use. Sailing is brilliant because it’s free to travel (mostly). I have a Facebook page featuring the rebuild of my sailboat. It’s called Ohana a little sailboat saved from the scrap heap.

Brilliant video, I've really enjoyed watching all of your vlogs with Fizzy. I've recently bought my first boat, a Cruiser International 224 and can't wait to get out on the water. Wonder if you could give me a bit of advice, I can't for the life of me get the antiskid surface clean on the front of the boat, I tried scrubbing it, used rubbing compound and someone said to try cif which I did and didn't even touch it, any suggestions on products that would shift the dirt, it's really ingrained in.

Hi, thanks for the nice comment. I used an old cleaner called Vim with a nylon bristle scrubbing brush. It gets in the grain and cleans it really well. Regards

Would car detailing products like clay and a detail spray work. If its fibreglass it might. Detailers use it on supercars. Warm a small piece if clay, apply detail spray and rub the area.

Здравейте😊 съжалявам че не мога да пиша на английски и не искам да ползвам гугъл преводач .......ще бъде трагедия ,......а на вас ще ви трябва😂 ........искам да знаете че сте една от причините да си купим същата яхта като вашата,дори трябваше основен ремонт на двигатлел но вече всичко е ок ......ние сме обикновено семейство имаме 2 деца момче на 11 Christian и момиче Snejana (Snow White) означава на 12 и 2 кучета Djoko и Bambi..., моята жена Milena е медицинска сестра в спешно отделение а аз Mario парамедик и имам и строителна фирма от 23 години аз съм на 43 а съпругата ми ена 33 живеем в село Ясен до град Плевен в България което е на 320 километра от Черно море и на 40 километра от река Дунав .....😂 ...нищо общо с водата, но любовта към пътуванията , морето,свободата,...........ни накара да купим тази яхта като Вие бяхте фактор затова.Благодаря Ви за клиповете , много са ни полезни положително зареждащи .Бъдете живи и здрави ,успех във всичко и се Ви обрщавам видео от нашето първо плаване ,но когато сме готови .........има още много пари да се дават...........но мислим да обходим нашето Черно море а после Гърция (Greece) там има хиляди острови😊
