I'm seeing a lot of bugs that I obviously don't remember from the original game, like traffic cars disappearing and popping up outta nowhere, the music being very quiet during races even when set to 100. Can't think of others rn, but it shows the low effort put into this remaster unfortunately, everyone knew it was a cash grab but not to this extent. No option for manual shifting either, ig it was like that in the original version too.
The changes are the lag input has been minimised, better reflection details on cars (as you may can see the cars looks more polished), clearer visual details on environment with better contrast and the garage has been changed as well. This game is perhaps one of the best looking game on Switch right now.

They improved shadows. The terrain was improved a little bit.
