I haven't missed a single video about your impressions of Brazil. My eyes even tear up because it's been a year since I left my hometown in the Northeast of Brazil to study abroad. Seeing a foreigner truly get to know our culture and understand why we are so attached to our roots is beautiful. I can't speak for everyone, but those who leave Brazil for any reason never do so because we lack culture or don't feel 'at home.' We may leave, but we always remember where we come from, where we truly belong. Thank you for these videos, for showing what Brazil really is, and for not focusing on stereotypes and prejudices.
Wow - thank you so much for watching and I'm so glad you enjoy the videos. Brazil is a beautiful place with some of the kindest people, and one of the richest cultures I've ever experienced. I can see why it's hard to be away.

My new addiction is to watch YT videos on foreigner ppl discovering the beauties of my hometown. I love Salvador in every sense of it, been here for 40 years and I just love the city, the streets, the people... pls come back anytime you like, there's so much more to see.
My wife and I found your channel a few days ago, since then I think we binge watched the latest 15 or so. You guys are so good at high production value on what I'm sure is a minimal budget it's quite incredible. Writing, hosting, shot selection and editing put many expensive network tv shows to shame. It really helps that you both are silly and fun but also reverent serious when need be. We are curious if you might do an episode on planning and executing an episode? Love to see how you guys do research, planning, finding fixer, tips and tricks for saving money and getting the most value, when and how you edit.....stuff like that. Anyway thanks for the great content and you folks deserve 5 million subscribers. I'll be sure to share your channel with others.

The whole series of Brazil videos are great ways to introduce my colleagues to my country and the best places to visit. Thanks for being so respectful of local culture while filming these! Fantastic work.

@@hugobecerra889 I'm going back to my hometown, which is in Sertão region, Ibipeba. It's not pretty, but it's calm and peaceful, and it has all I need. Nearby there's Irecê, which is a bigger smaller city, still very safe, but also very dynamic, and it has a better structure compared to Ibipeba, it has a movie theater, bigger markets, lots a lots of restaurants, lots and lots of shops, and job opportunities. If you go by beautiful, there's Mucugê or really any city in the Chapada Diamantina area, I'd happily live there, just gorgeous little cities. I'm going back to Ibipeba because I got a job nearby and my family is there. Also, I don't want to leave Bahia, I'm too attached to our culture and people to go anywhere else. I know Petrolina is a smaller city that is considered one of the best places to live in the country, it's not that small, but it's in Nordeste close to Bahia so I'd totally live there. But I'm sure there's a lot of small cities around that country where you can live a nice and peaceful life.
