2009 Silverado Service Stabilitrak, Reduced Engine Power, Flickering CEL, No Crank, FIXED!

Took a week and a half of troubleshooting, checking and testing grounds, pulling modules, pulling main fuse block a dozen times hoping something would affect the problem and make sense of all the flickers intermittent problems. Sometimes it would start, sometimes it wouldn't even try to crank. I could hear relays and solenoids clicking all under the engine compartment. Nothing affected any of it until I unplugged the PCM. The only code that stayed constant was P0604, pointing to PCM RAM memory faults. Finally got the new PCM in (refurbished and pre-programmed) from Flashmasters.com, and I'm back up and running again. I WILL be buying a spare to carry now, these trucks need more than just spare tires apparently. Ignorance is bliss. Problems like this create serious brand trust issues and paranoia!
