Still been watching for a long long time. The timing, the jokes, the improv, the relationship mechanics, and the editing all work great.
I enjoy watching Continue a lot, but I can kind of see how they appeal to a more niche audience. They make a lot of references that the zoomers don't get, and they don't try to make clickbait content or stuff that would have a mass appeal.
I think I’ve been watching since 2012 or so, you guys still have it! I love you guys, hope you all are doing alright.

What's hilarious about the death at the end of the episode is that it's EXACTLY how a 2D Castlevania gets you, right in the BONE ZONE PIT OF DOOM!

Like Josh I've had a game randomly show up at my place, addressed to me. It was around 2011 and I got a package from Barnes & Noble and it was a new copy of Dirt 3 for the PS3. Didn't know they sold video games, besides being weirded out it made my day.
As a hardcore Continue? fan, I definitely 100% know what amazing Nick performance they were talking about, obviously, but... for those who don't know, what were they talking about exactly?? >.>

I rented this game once. Literally the only thing I remember about it was how trash the jumping was, and how I'd spend hours on a stage just because I'd keep dying due to it.
I rented this shit twice with No memory card. Legacy of Darkness was like a 90's update dlc in cartridge form with a full price tag. It's not a sequel the original Castlevania 64 was suppose to be similar to legacy of Darkness but they stopped after 2 characters.

I didn't play LOD, just this one, and it has problems but it's still an enjoyable game
Biggest sin the game commits is that easy mode locks you out of a huge chunk of the game and you have to start over, I haven't played an easy mode in a game since this one
@@Kryptnyt I still think LOD is worth it if you are still into N64 stuff. Neither are perfect games, but I don't think they deserve the hate they get (especially LOD)

Yo you did better than Game grumps when Jontron was on it. They played as Carrie (Easy C64) I was yelling at my phone years ago like charge her Magic it was disrespectful to not use her full potential. Reinhart is (Harder C64) So you guys are better at this game than Jontron EgoRaptor. I got halfway through the game without a memory card it probably aged me a couple years faster, this was a very challenging Castlevania.

I played this game after castlevania circle of the moon and being very confused.
Castlevania is the best Thanksgiving game
Really unfortunate they didn't include a David Carradine button option.
Also a perfect example of a game that did not translate well to 3D...feed this game to the Slink.

Bad pick for the show, the game gets better later on once you adjust to the platforms.
I know, they should know by now what games work better under this format.
On a side note, remind me, didn't the magnifying effect on the menu actually worked? Maybe its the emulator they're using?

I disagree. I think this is one of the best episodes we’ve ever done. The whole point of the show is to go in knowing as little as possible. We have fun regardless if a game is actually good or not. I loved when that giant skeleton came out and when the leopard man popped out. The platforming made me laugh so much. -Nick Murphy

I’m sure it’s a fine game. There have been a bunch of my favorites that we’ve played and just didn’t click with the show or that we got hung up on a silly mechanic and never made it past. I heard next Castlevania game on 64 is solid too.
