Thinking of buying one of these 1977 Ironhead 1100 used for $2,000 with about 9,800 miles. Anything that I should look for when I see it that should send me running away from buying it? I was born in 1977 so it is sentimental. 😂

I run 10 lbs in my 180 rear on my widened hard tail sporster using a bagger wheel and tire. Usually 17-21 in front on stock rim. Never had an issue, ever. I had a tire changed in the road once and they filled it up to 45 pounds, i didnt even make it a block out of the lot before i dropped it down.

Low air pressure IS the shock absorber on a hard tail.
