- In this video I watch and react to KZ Tandingan singing See You Again on the Singer TV show in 2018. This is the first time I have ever seen or heard KZ Tandingan sing or perform this song. She RAPS, she SINGS, she is TOO GOOD!! She makes this song her own and in my opinion, BETTER than the original!! So unique and wonderful!!! 5 Stars, would watch again :) Need to see more of her ASAP!!! KZ Tandingan deserves much more attention in North America! I've seen a lot of covers of this song but this is the saddest one i think . The fact that I've watched this already many times now but still i can't stop my tears falling down on my face. This is really sentimental cover.

This is even more impressive when you consider that KZ doesn't speak Mandarin. She had someone pronounce the words and she memorized the sounds. She did this a couple of other times on The Singer. KZ has said she's not a rapper, just someone who can talk REALLY fast. This was KZ's farewell song on the show after being eliminated the previous week. Despite this, she still performed 2 more times after this. Once during a second chance round (she didn't get back onto the show) and for the finale, Jessie J asked KZ to do the Nicki Minaj role on Bang Bang. Jessie J, Coco Lee (winner of The Singer 2016) and KZ did a great job on that song and it's worth watching. Most reactors miss it because it's listed as a Jessie J song.
Yeah she really made it far and sad to say huhuhu that is her farewell performance. It was a roller coaster and amazing performance of her since the start. Check it out you will love it.

This is actually one of my favorites from KZ in this season. I love it more than Say Something, jtbh (Rolling in the Deep is still the best for me in her run for this season though). It's a shame that 50% was in Chinese because I don't understand it, but I really don't need to understand it when her voice and tone says everything. I really love how she changes it up or down and her voice just fits her style of performance perfectly.
