I'm a huge music geek, having taken music theory courses and stuff, and I can say I love the Bo3 soundtrack as a whole. The music (round change, game over, etc) really helped set the atmosphere of every map, help convey the story on some maps, and the situation you may be in. Overall, love music, and your retrospectives.
i wanted to go back to the der riese retrospective but i realised the first time he sized up a map was i the ascension retrospective so guees we will neve- actually we could just calculate it, we have nacht in bo3 so we could just walk every relavent wall, time how long it took to walk every wall and go to the giant, do the same thing, devide the giant number with the nacht number and BOOM we have the size...but i can´t be bothered to do that.

Pat just start playing BO4 so you can finish every other retrospective before Cold War comes out so you don’t have to overwork while Cold War is out. You played BO4 once. Lex will carry you.

The giant was the best remastered we could of asked for. Something that’s felt nostalgic and you know what you where doing but also Achieving feeling fresh and brings new stuff to the table

pat i love everything you have to say in this video. Try using video examples of the significant parts of the map (texture, sounds, storyline, 8 min area) that you explain.
I remember the first time I saw the intro cutscene before BO3 came out and what an impact it had. This was before we knew about the multiverse stuff I’m not a big fan of though. Going back in time to change events in a single timeline is just somehow more exciting than fixing a multiverse by jumping around different dimensions somehow.
The annihilator is a must have on the giant. When you're getting chased by hellhounds, just pull it out, shoot behind you, and the bullets go through the entire hoard and kill the hell hounds.
I was wondering if this was going to be made or we would just get Der Eisendrache Retrospective and skip The Giant, and now I'm happy to see this today. Thanks Pat.
